In the past, this type of hook was used for the purpose of connecting the worker's body to a structure by attaching it to the end of a rope and simply hooking it onto a ring, step bolt, or other engaging object. However, due to psychological errors such as illusions or forgetfulness on the part of the workers, these hooks could not be completely engaged with the structure, resulting in a fall accident. In order to prevent these psychological mistakes by workers, a device has been developed that sounds an alarm to notify the worker when the hook is not completely engaged with the target object, that is, when the hook is in a defenseless state. It is an object of the present invention to provide a safety hook for use with these alarm devices.

To use the present invention, as shown in FIG. 6, the hooks of the present invention are attached to both ends of a rope 29 made of synthetic fibers twisted together and having an electric wire 23 passed through the center of each strand. For example, the hook of the first embodiment is attached to one end of the rope 29, the hook of the second embodiment is attached to the other end, and the electric wire 23 passed through the rope is attached to the electrode 14 of the thimble 12 of each hook. Connect the required number of electrodes to each. In this case, depending on the configuration of the electronic circuit, there are cases in which the two hooks are electrically connected by three electric wires, and cases in which the two hooks are electrically connected by two electric wires. In this explanation, a case will be explained in which the simplest circuit shown in FIG. 7 is provided. That is, the main hook A of the first embodiment (Fig. 1) has only the micro switch 22 (SW1) built-in, and the auxiliary hook B of the second embodiment (Fig. 3) has a battery 27, a micro switch 22, and a buzzer. It is assumed that electronic components such as 28 are built in and electrically connected by two electric wires 23 between the two.

Since both or one of SW1 and SW2 of the electronic circuit shown in the figure is in an open state, no current flows through the electronic circuit, so the buzzer 28 does not sound. Book hook A
When both the and the auxiliary hook B are not engaged with anything or are not engaged with the determined object normally, both switches (SW1) (SW2) are short-circuited, and current flows and the buzzer sounds. 28 will sound and an alarm will be sounded to notify the worker of a dangerous situation.
Devices and structures that emit an alarm sound when the hooks attached to both ends of the rope come off the hanging object have already been developed, so the present invention relates to the hooks used for these things. Its purpose is to detect an object, operate a switch accurately, and accurately connect the switch action electrically to an alarm device.

In the first embodiment of the present invention (FIG. 1), the hook opening 4 is made small in order to hook onto a relatively thin object such as a ring of a safety belt, and the hooking object 31 fits inside the hook opening 4. lever 1 to determine whether or not there is a
5 senses the rotation angle of the lever 15, and operates the contact point of the micro switch 22 on and off. In addition, in the second embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the hook opening 4 is enlarged to fit a relatively thick engagement object 31 such as a rope or a step bolt, and as in the first embodiment, there is no engagement object 31. Its size is sensed at the tip of the lever 15, and the contact point of the micro switch 22 in the electronic circuit is operated by the proximal protruding piece 32 of the lever. The lever 15 in both embodiments rotates independently regardless of the rotation of the opening/closing cap 5, but when the opening/closing cap 5 is rotated, the lever 15 rotates together with the rotation of the opening/closing cap 5.

The present invention is constructed as described above, and the lever 15 that senses the engaging object 31 is connected to the opening/closing cap 5 whose original purpose is to hold the engaging object 31 engaged in the hook opening 4 so that it does not come off. Since the hook rotates separately and is dedicated to detecting the presence or absence of the engaging object 31 in the hook mouth 4 and its size, the inherent safety of the hook is maintained and the sensing action can be performed reliably. Further, since the sensing position can be easily adjusted by adjusting the rotation angle of the lever 15 at the contact point of the micro switch 22, it can correspond to the size of the object to be engaged.

In addition, the rotating connection between the hook body 3 and the rope coupling member 2 is electrically connected by rotating contact with the fixed terminal 9 and the rotating terminal 11, and since no electric wires are used, there is no risk of twisting. It has excellent durability and can maintain a secure connection even after long-term use. In addition, the connection part between the rope connection member 2 and the rope 29 is made using a thimble 12 in the shape of an approximate roller, and one end of the rope 29 is twisted and braided around it, and the electric wire 2
After taking out the thimble 12 and connecting it to the electrode 14 of the thimble 12, the thimble 12 is attached to the shaft 1 so that the electrode 14 contacts a predetermined conductor 17 inside the U rod 16.
3, the rope attachment part rotates together with the thimble 12 only in the direction about the attachment shaft 13, and does not rotate or bend in the direction orthogonal to it. Since the connection between the electric wire 23 and the electrode 14 of the thimble 12 is not subjected to load movements such as excessive bending or tension, the connection will not come off, resulting in outstanding durability and safety.
