The present invention relates to a re-answer system for a held line in a simple switched telephone device. In conventional simple switching telephone equipment that accommodates extension telephones with control buttons, a call on a central office line is placed on hold by pressing a hold control button provided on the extension telephone. The display lamp corresponding to the station line flashes to indicate the station line on hold and the station line on hold. Therefore, an extension telephone that has been verbally instructed to re-answer by a put-on-hold extension telephone can re-answer the designated line by pressing the control button where the indicator lamp corresponding to the designated central office line is flashing. can. However, in a simple telephone exchange or PBX that accommodates two-wire extension telephones, each extension telephone does not have a control button corresponding to a central office line or a hold control button, so a central telephone call is placed on hold by, for example, hooking. In this case, in a device that accommodates a plurality of office lines, the extension telephone cannot know the number of the office line used for the office line call. Therefore, when an extension telephone that has put a central office line call on hold verbally instructs another extension telephone to answer again, it cannot notify the central office line number. In other words, if multiple lines are on hold at the same time,
The extension telephone that instructs the re-answer cannot instruct the re-answering telephone to the central office line number to which it should re-answer, so even if the extension telephone that was instructed to re-answer performs the re-answer operation, the extension telephone that is instructed to re-answer will not receive the instruction. The probability of being connected to the reserved station line is not 100%. The present invention was devised in order to solve the above-mentioned problems in a method that does not cause any practical problems, and the extension telephone that is instructed to re-answer the holding line dials only a specific number for re-answering. By doing so, the control device selects a holding station line based on the dialed number and the operational state information of the station line that has already been stored, and connects the extension telephone that made the call for re-answering to this station line. The purpose of this is to release the hold on the central office line and resume communication with the central office line. However, the present invention requires measures such as adding an additional function or disabling the verbal re-answer instruction function when multiple lines are on hold at the same time. However, since the present invention is applicable to cases where the number of multiple office lines is 2 to 3, the probability that multiple lines are on hold at the same time is extremely low, and from a practical point of view, it is not a problem. It was invented. For example, if we assume that each line's busy-hour traffic volume is 0.15 erlangs, and the call volume held on each line is 1/10 of the busy-hour traffic volume, then in the case of two central office lines, two lines The probability of co-pending ζ22 is approximately 2/10 4 as shown in the following equation, which poses no practical problem. ζ22=(0.15/10) 2 ≒2/10 4 An embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. In the drawing, 1 is a plurality of station lines, 11,1
2 indicates the No. 1 and No. 2 station lines. 21 and 22 are No.
This is a station line circuit corresponding to the station lines No. 1 and No. 2, and the circuit configurations of both are the same. 23 is a station line incoming signal receiving circuit; 24 is a station line control circuit that controls the loop circuit of the station line 11 or 12; 25A, 25B are relay contacts (not shown); 52, 53, . . . are operated to create a loop circuit for the station line 11 or 12 by the station line control circuit 24. Reference numeral 3 denotes a hold-music sending control circuit, and numerals 31 and 32 denote hold-music sending control elements that control sending out the holding music of the hold-music generation circuit 33 to each station line. 41, 42 and 43 are each two-wire extension telephone 5
The extension circuits corresponding to 1, 52, and 53 have the same circuit configuration. Reference numerals 44A and 44B are capacitors for communication with the central office line, and 45A and 45B are contacts of relays (not shown), which are closed during communication with the central office line. 4
6A and 46B are contacts of a relay (not shown), which operates when a calling signal is sent from the extension telephone. 47 is an extension control circuit that supplies talking current to the extension telephone;
It is used for communication between extension telephones and is mainly composed of a transformer circuit connected in parallel to the communication line.
Reference numeral 48 denotes an extension telephone monitoring circuit, which monitors the on/off state of the handset of the extension telephone and receives dial pulses. 6 is extension circuit 41, 42 and 43 and central office line 1
It is composed of contact circuits arranged in a matrix to set 1 and 12 communication circuits, and the contacts provided at each intersection open and close to arbitrarily combine each office line and extension telephone to form a central office line communication circuit. Create or cut. 611A and 611B are central line 1
A switching element that controls the communication circuit between 1
This shows a switching element that controls a communication circuit with Y, and A and B indicate elements that connect A lines and B lines together. Here, X is a general representation of office line numbers 1 and 2, and Y is a general representation of extension circuit numbers 1, 2, and 3. 7 is a second switching circuit that sets communication circuits between the extension circuits 41, 42, and 43 and distributes signal tones to be sent to the extension circuits; It is composed of contact circuits arranged in a matrix, and the contacts provided at each intersection open and close to form a communication circuit between each extension circuit.
The signal tone from the terminal is distributed separately to each extension circuit. Switching plates 711, 712, and 713 constitute an extension communication circuit, and when 711 and 713 are closed, for example, an extension mutual communication circuit between extension circuits 41 and 43 is formed. In addition, switching elements 721 and 72
When 2 and 723 are closed, extension circuits 41 and 4 are closed, respectively.
2.43 signal tones are emitted in minutes. Reference numeral 9 denotes an extension telephone calling signal generation circuit, and contacts 46A, 4 control the calling signal of the extension circuit corresponding to the extension telephone to be called when calling the extension telephone.
6B continues to operate. 10 is a control device consisting of a microprocessor, which receives information from each of the above circuits and stores it in memory;
The required operations are assembled based on this memory, and the operations of each circuit are thereby controlled. Control device 10
The lead wires that go in and out are data lines that transfer information and give instructions for control operations between the control device 10 and each of the above devices. Data lines 1021, 102

Select a vacant station line via . In this case, for example
If No. 1 station line is selected, the control device 10
Memorize the number of No. 1 station line. The memory of this No. 1 office line number and the calling extension telephone 51 that has already been stored.
Based on the memory number of , the control device 10 controls the first crosspoint circuit 6 through the data line 106 and closes the contacts 611A and 611B.
It also controls the extension circuit 41 via the data line 104 to set the circuits related to the office line communication circuit within the extension circuit 41. With this operation, the originating extension telephone 51 becomes No.1.
It is connected to a central office line, and the control device 10 stores all data regarding this connection. When a call is received from a central office line. For example, when a call is received from the office line No. 2 and the call is connected to the extension telephone 52, the procedure is as follows. The office line circuit 22 of the No. 2 office line that received the office line incoming call signal is connected to the control device 1 via the route of the data line 1022.
Notify 0 that there is an incoming call on the receiving station line number No. 2. The control device 10 stores the No. 2 office line number, calls the incoming extension telephone 52, and connects to the office line. The control device 10 connects contacts 46A and 4 of the extension circuit 42.
6B and activates the extension telephone call signal generation circuit 9, so that a call signal is sent to the extension telephone 52. When the extension telephone 52 picks up its handset and answers, a response display and the extension telephone number are displayed on the control device 10 via the data line 1041. It also controls the extension circuit 42 through the data line 104, and creates internal communication related circuits within the same circuit. The connection between the No. 2 office line and the extension telephone 52 is the same as that for outgoing calls, and the control device 10 connects the data line 1
06, and closes the contacts 622A and 622B using the memory of the office line number No. 2 and the extension telephone number 52 already stored in the control device 10. By this operation, the second office line No. 2 is connected to the extension telephone 52, and the control device 10 stores all data related to this connection. If it is assumed that the No. 1 office line and the extension telephone 51 are currently talking, the extension telephone 51
For example, when a call is made, the control device 10 puts the telephone line in progress on hold. That is, the station line control circuit 2

0 is the first cross point 6 and extension circuit 41
to control contacts 611A, 611B and 45
Since A and 45B are opened, the extension telephone 51 that has been put on hold becomes irrelevant to the central office line, and is in the state it is in when it picks up and makes a call for the first time. The control device 10 controls the held music control circuit 3 to turn on the held music sending control element 31 and supplies the output of the held music generation circuit 33 to the station line control circuit 24, thereby transmitting the held music to the held station line. to notify the other party that the call is on hold. Also,
The controller 10 continues to store data related to this call. The extension telephone 51 that placed the hold on the phone verbally instructs the extension telephone 52 to re-answer the held line, and when the extension telephone 52 re-answers based on this instruction, the extension telephone 52 issues a specific number for re-answering.

有している。Based on [9], it is determined that a re-answer operation is to be performed, and the on-hold office line No. 1 is selected, and the number of the extension telephone 52 to be re-answered is received from the data line 1042, and from these two data, the first By controlling the cross point circuit 6 and the extension circuit 42, the contacts 612A, 612B and 45A,
45B, and further stops sending out the hold tone. Therefore, a communication circuit between the office line No. 1 and the extension telephone 52 is created, the hold state of the office line No. 1 is released, and a re-answer state is obtained. In this re-response operation, there are various ways in which the control device 10 can process a situation in which multiple lines are held simultaneously, and there are the following functional methods. The control device 10 does not select a line for re-answering, but gives the extension telephone 52 a function to send a signal tone such as a busy tone to the extension telephone 52 that has performed the re-answer operation, and the extension telephone 52 uses this signal tone to send multiple calls. Learn that the line is on hold. The control device 10 selects any one line from among the plurality of lines on hold and provides a function to make this line respond again. If the line No. 1 that responded again in the above case is not the predetermined line, the control device 10 receives information such as hooking displayed by the extension telephone 52 that responded again, and puts the line No. 1 on hold again. Furthermore, a function is provided to select another hold line No. 2 and have the caller answer again. In the above case, it is necessary to cancel the verbal re-response instruction and to have the extension telephone 51 that gave the re-response instruction instruct the re-response instruction through an extension-to-extension conversation.
Also, in the case of , when the predetermined line cannot be re-answered, it is necessary to give a re-response instruction through mutual communication between extension lines, as in the case of . Although it is possible to re-answer only with the extension telephone 52 that has been instructed to re-answer, the function provided to the control device 10 is complicated;
The operation of the extension telephone 52 for re-answering is complicated, and there are undesirable factors such as a wrong re-answer being made to the party on hold. However, since the probability that two station lines are held at the same time is very small as described above, a system that does not have any problems can be obtained by essentially adding the following functions. As explained above, according to the present invention, a plurality of office lines and a two-wire extension telephone are accommodated, and dial information from the extension telephone is stored, and the number of the office line used for a call and its operating status are stored. In a simple telephone exchange or PBX equipped with a control device that memorizes the number of an external extension telephone and controls the setting of a call route corresponding to this memory, the central office line is placed on hold by an extension telephone that has been verbally instructed to re-answer. When re-replying to
The extension phone that answers again simply dials a specific number for answering again, and the control device uses the memory about this call that it has already stored, and re-establishes the call path between the central office line that is on hold and the extension phone that answers again. Therefore, even an extension telephone without a control button has the advantage of being able to re-answer a held line by simple operation and by simply using the memory that the control device uses for general connections.
