    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 球形空洞共振器と、この球形空洞共振器におけ
    る互いに位置を異にする複数の給電点を有し各給
    電点からの給電によつて球形空洞共振器の中心で
    の電界強度が最大となるモードで動作する複数の
    励振部と、これらの励振部からの高周波電力の供
    給を順次的かつサイクリツクに切り換える制御回
    路とを備えたことを特徴とするハイパーサーミア
    装置。
