Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve economy by providing a locking plate and a pair of upper and lower locking rods interlocked with an external operation member, fitting the rocking rods with a locking rod engagement member and providing an unlocking prevention member on the engagement member in such a way as to be freely detachable. CONSTITUTION:When a master key is inserted in a cylinder 4 and turned, a cylinder lever 4a is turned and a joint plate 19 is thereby moved against a spring force. Then, the plate 19 while pressing and holding the switch lever 26 of a micro switch 25, causes the continuity of a locking signal mode and causes the shift of an unlocking prevention member 32 against a spring force, thereby releasing the engagement condition of a locking rod engagement member 28. Thereafter, when an external operation member 5 is turned, a locking plate 12 is turned against a spring force and a door 1 is pulled. Concurrently a pair of locking rods 13 and 14 are also shifted and pulled from the door 1, thereby giving an unlocked condition. Furthermore, when the door 1 is closed, the engagement condition of the locking rod 13 is released, and both of the locking rods 13 and 14, and the locking plate 12 come to project from the door 1 due to a spring force, thereby ensuring a locked condition.

[Detailed description of the invention] a. Industrial Application Field The present invention enables the door of a locker to be automatically locked at the same time as the door is closed. When unlocking, the lock is released by an electrical signal generated by setting an unlock number using a numeric keypad, and then the external operating member is released. It relates to an automatic locking device that can be unlocked by simply turning the lock, and more specifically to its emergency unlocking device. mouth. Locking devices for lockers that have a system for unlocking conventional technical locks using electrical signals can be used to emergencyally unlock a locked locker using a master key in case of inspecting the contents, forgetting the unlocking number, etc. There is a need to. Conventionally, a system that unlocks the door in an emergency is a mechanism often seen in rental lockers. (Unexamined Japanese Patent Publication No. 1983-
(Refer to Publication No. 186394) In conventional lockers, in order to lock the door with a three-way hook, the rotation of the lock operates a horizontal bar and a pair of upper and lower locking rods. (See Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 59-68484. C. Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the conventional locking device described above, even if a method of automatically closing the door is adopted, the lock cannot be locked. Normally, this is done with a separate lock, and the locking rod, latch rod, and locking device are separate devices.Also, in the method of unlocking the lock with an electrical signal, it is driven to lock. However, when the door is closed, the door is temporarily locked with a latch rod, and then the handle is operated separately to fully lock the door. There is a problem that the lock cannot be locked, making it time-consuming to lock it, and the problem is that the structure becomes complicated because the lock, the locking rod, and the locking device are separate devices, which increases the cost. The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems of the conventional technology, and its purpose is to eliminate the trouble of temporary locking of the conventional technology, and to enable the final locking to be performed at the same time as the door is closed. When unlocking, an electrical signal is used to perform the unlocking operation, and in case of emergency locking, such as when the unlocking number is forgotten, the unlocking operation is performed using a master key, making it possible to easily open the lock by simply rotating the external operating member. The object of the present invention is to provide an automatic locking device for lockers that has simple procedures and is economical with a small number of parts. 2. Means for solving the above problems In order to achieve the above objects, an automatic locking device for lockers according to the present invention is provided. , an external operating member attached to the door, a locking plate and a pair of upper and lower locking bars each interlocked with the external operating member under the action of a spring, and a lock attached to the locking bar so as to maintain the locked state. A bar locking member, an unlocking preventing member that locks the locking rod locking member so that it can be freely locked and detached, and a locking state of the locking rod locking member by an electrical signal when an unlock number is set using a numeric keypad. In the automatic locking device for a locker, the automatic locking device includes an electric signal drive mechanism that drives the unlocking prevention member so as to be able to release the door, and a master key cylinder is attached to the door;
The switch lever of the microswitch is pressed and held so as to be movable by a cylinder lever operated by a master key of the cylinder and maintained in a locking signal state, and the locking bar locking member is released from a locked state. A joint plate is arranged so that the unlock prevention member is interlocked, and on the other hand, a locking part in which the locking rod can be freely engaged and detached, and a locking part of the upper stile of the locker that can release the locking state of the locking rod are provided at the top of the door. The door is provided with a locking means for closing the door under the action of a spring which has a contact portion and the locking rod is held in a locked state. Ho. Function: In the automatic locking device for a locker of the present invention, if the unlocking number is forgotten while the locker is being locked (during use), emergency unlocking and relocking for checking the contents can be performed as follows. First, when the master key kept by the administrator is inserted into the cylinder 4 and rotated by a required angle in a predetermined direction, the cylinder lever 48 is rotated together with the master key, and the joint plate 19 resists the spring force. and then moved. The joint plate 19 presses and holds the switch lever 26 of the microswitch 25 to maintain the locking signal state, and moves the unlocking prevention member 32 against the spring force, so that the locking bar retaining member 28 is in the locked state. Cancel. Next, when the external operating member 5 is rotated in a predetermined direction, the locking plate 12 is rotated against the spring force and retracted from the door 1, and at the same time, the pair of upper and lower locking bars 13, 14 are also moved to close the door 1. It is retracted from the lock and becomes unlocked. In the unlocked state, the door closing/locking means 34 at the top of the door 1
The locking rod 13 is held in place by the locking portion 35.
Further, in order to relock the lock after the above-mentioned emergency opening, when the door is pushed closed, the contact portion 37 of the door closing/locking means 34 comes into contact with the upper stile 36 of the locker 2, and the door closing/locking means 34 is held in place by a spring. By rotating against the force and releasing the locking state of the locking rod 13, the pair of locking rods 13, 14 and the locking plate 12 protrude from the door 1 due to the spring force and are automatically locked. Become. At this time, the external operating member 5 is also reversed and returned to its original position by the spring force. In addition, when unlocking with an electrical signal, when an unlock code number is set using the numeric keypad 42, the electrical signal is input to the electrical signal drive mechanism 31, which activates the electrical signal drive mechanism 31 and unlocks the lock. The prevention member 32 is operated and the locking state of the locking rod locking member 28 is released, and the rotation of the external operating member 5 in a predetermined direction causes the locking plate 12 and the pair of upper and lower locking rods 13% 14 to open the door l. It will be in the unlocked state when it is pulled in. fart. EXAMPLE Hereinafter, an example of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
