[課題を解決するための手段J
本発明は、この目的に添い、サッシ窓枠の少くとも一対
の対向枠外周同一位置にブラケット固定金具用のスライ
ド溝条と、これを前後に挟むアンカープレート用のアン
カー取付突条とを,前者を内方、後者を外方の段差状に
設けた構成を含むものであって、即ち本発明は、ブラケ
ット固定金具をスライド自在且つ回転不能に受入れ嵌合
する、輻狭開口を外方に向けて開設した、外周側同一位
置上の長手方向スライド溝条と、該スライド溝条を前後
に挟み,且つこれより外方に段差状に対向突設された一
対の逆L字状突条よりなる、同じく外周側同一位置上の
アンカー取付突条とを有する少くとも一対の対向枠部を
備えてなることを特徴とする固定手段自在サッシ窓枠に
係り且つこれを要旨としてなる.
なお、本発明において、ブラケット固定金具とは、ブラ
ケットとサッシ窓枠の枠部を締着するボルトナットの、
ボルト又はナットを意味するものとして用いられる.
[作 用]
本発明にあって、スライド溝条には予め工場又は建築現
場においてブラケウト固定金具を受入れ嵌合せしめ,建
物側のブラケットと位置合せなするとともにこれをアン
カー取付突条に当接受+hめせしめた状態でこれらを締

サッシ窓であり,このサッシ窓lは、上枠4、下枠7及
び縦枠8,9の各枠部よりなる縦長矩形状のサッシ窓枠
2と,これに開閉自在に装着された戸体3とを備えてな
る.
このサッシ窓枠2における,上枠4及び下枠7の一対の
対向枠部の外周位置には、夫々スライド溝条11とアン
カー取付突条l2が設けられ、一方,他の一対の対向枠
部である各縦枠8,9の外周側にも,このアンカー取付
突条l2と連続状とされて同じく図示しないアンカー取
付突条が設けられている.
上枠4及び下枠7は、縦軸回転用のピボットヒンジ6固
定用のアタッチメント5を夫々別製付設した以外は一体
としたアルミニウム合金製型材によって中空状に構成さ
れており、そのいずれも室内側に偏位した外側基板lO
に、上枠4においては凹陥状に,下枠7においては突出
状に各上記のスライド溝条11を設けて,ある.そして
、このスライド溝条11は,サッシ窓枠2における外周
の同一線上に添って、その中心位置を一致せしめて、上
枠4及び下枠7の外周側同一位置上になるように配設せ
られており,いずれも略倒C字状断面を呈するように幅
狭開口を外方(上方又は下方)に向けて開設したものと
してある.
このスライド溝条11の形状は第3図(A)に示される
ように、本例においてボルトl6とされたブラケット固
定金具の頭部l7を長手方向スライド自在且つ回転不滝
に受入れ嵌合するものとされてなるので、その前後方向
幅寸法においてボルト頭部l7の対向2辺間における間
隔寸法に、深さはその高さに、また、開口幅は,ボルト
l6の軸径に夫々合わせたものとされてなる.
一方,この各スライド溝条llの近傍には、これを荊後
方向て挟む、一対の4L字状突条l3,l4よりなるア
ンカー取付突条l2が更に上記外側基板lOより外方に
突設されて設けられている.このアンカー取付突条l2
も,上枠4及び下枠7にあって夫々外周側同一位置土と
された同寸法間隔,同一高さに設けられるとともに,木
平片部分を相対向方向に向けた状態に配設されるものと
してある.
ところで、上記スライド溝条11に対して,このアンカ
ー取付突条l2はより外方(上方又は下方)に設けられ
,内外方向に小間隔乍ら,段差状に配設されるものとし
てあり、更に,室外側に位置した逆L字状突条l3の垂
直片部分はこれをそのまま外方(上方又は下方)に延設
し、外端を室内側に折曲してなるブラケット受入溝条l
5を形成してある.
このように構成されたサッシ窓枠2の建物への固定は、
例えば第1図に示すように、ブラケットl8とアンカー
プレート23とを併用して行われている.即ち,上枠4
及び下枠7の一対の対向枠部は左右端部に配設されたブ
ラケットl8とこれらの間のアンカープレート23によ
り,他の対向枠部である縦枠8,9はこれをアンカープ
レート2 3−・・により夫々固定するものとしてある
.
これの固定を,上枠4において代表して説明すれば,第

1に対して段差状とされたアンカー取付突条l2を併せ
てブラケット基台として兼用するものとしてあるので,
これに当接せしめるとともに上記ブラケット受入構条!
5に先端を前後傾斜状に嵌合せしめるように配置し,同
時にブラケット1Bの透孔l9にボルトl6を挿入させ
てナット20により締着するものとしてある.一方,第
3図(B)はアンカープレート23を上記ブラケットl
8に対して副固定手段として更に用いた例であり,この
場合、従来と同様にアンカープレート23を回動状にし
て上枠4のアンカー取付突条l2の水平片部分をその受
入溝に狭着せしめる一方,位ご調整して、これを躯体2
4の鉄筋等に溶着するものとされており、下枠7及び縦
枠8,9もこれらと同様にブラケットl8又はアンカー
プレート23により,その各固定がなされるようにして
ある.一方,第4図は2左右の縦枠26.27を更に一
対の対向枠部として、これらにも併せて上記と同様なス
ライド溝条11とアンカー取付突条l2を追加的に設け
た例を示し、本例にあっては、嵌め殺し用としたアタッ
チメント5を付設したものとするとともに左右中間部に
方立28を設置した嵌め殺しのサッシ窓25とされてな
る.
この縦枠26,27にあっては,基板lOが単一とされ
る以外上記と同一の構成とされているので同一符号を付
してその説明を省略する.実施例は以上のとおりに構成
したが,本発明の実施に当っては、ブラケット固定金具
をナットに代替せしめて、これをスライド溝条に受入れ
嵌合することにより,ブラケットによる固定に際し、ボ
ルト側を回転締着せしめるようにしてもよい.
スライド溝条とアンカー取付突条とは、少くとも一対の
対向枠部に設置されれば足り、他の対向枠部にこれらを
常に併存せしめるには及ばない(なお,縦枠な一対の対
向枠部とするとき5方立はこの縦枠に含まれない).ま
た、建物側へのサッシ窓枠の固定において,一対の対向
枠部のスライド溝条,アンカー取付突条の双方が常に用
いられることを要せず,これらの一方が選択的に用いら
れれば足りる.
一方、スライド溝条の位置については,これを設ける対
向枠部の前後中央位置又は上記実施例のようにこれより
室内側とするのが一般的とされるが、この点はサッシ窓
枠の納まりとの関係で夫々定めればよい.
なお、本発明のスライド溝条、アンカー取付突条等の各
具体的形状、構造等及びサッシ窓枠の材質、種類等は前
記発明の要旨に反しない限り様々に変更し得て、もとよ
り図示し又は説明したものに限られない.
[発明の効果]
本発明は以上のとおりに構成したので次の効果を有する
.
即ち、少くとも一対の対向枠部の外周側に夫々同一位置
上の長手方向スライド溝条とアンカー取付突条を設けた
から、サッシ窓枠の固定手段を,アンカープレート又は
ブラケットのいずれか一方を選択的に用いることにより
,各建築現場毎の事情に適合するよう自在化し得て、サ
ッシ窓枠としての生産、管理が簡便であるとともにコス
トの低減に有益であり,併せてこれらを長手力向に併用
し得るから、これを行うことによって垂れ下りや撓みの
発生を適宜簡易にして確実に防止できる.
また、スライド溝条の外方に段差状に位置してアンカー
取付突条か設けられているから,ブラケットによるサッ
シ窓枠の固定において,このアンカー取付突条か併せて
ブラケット基台を兼用することになり、ブラケット固定
金具による締着が強固になし得る.
更に,スライド溝条はブラケット固定金具をスライド自
在且つ回転不簡に受入れ嵌合する上、アンカー取付突条
は一対の逆L字状突条としてあるから、そのブラケット
又はアンカープレートとの位置調整を容易に行い得る上
