[Detailed explanation of the invention] As shown in Fig. 1, in the shield excavator, the cutter bit c is attached to the cutter rotating body a via the bolt b, and the tip part c' is worn out during excavation work. It may disappear. In this way, when the katsutabitsu disappears, it becomes impossible to dig,
After ensuring the safety of the face using ground improvement methods such as chemical injection, the Katsutabitsu was replaced.

Currently, the lifespan of the Katsutabit is estimated based on past experience, and preparations are made in advance so that it can be replaced after digging several hundred meters, but the wear status of the Katsutabit cannot be detected at all during the process. This is the reality, and plans are often subject to significant changes depending on the excavation method, target soil quality, etc.

This project was proposed in view of the above circumstances, and involves creating wire burying holes with different depths in each of the multiple katsuta bits, burying insulated wires in the same wire burying holes, and burying insulated wires in the holes. The object of the present invention relates to a katsutabit wear detection device for a shield excavator, which is connected to a detection section at the rear of the main body, and is configured to check the wear status of the katsutabit based on the insulation condition of the electric wire. The object of the present invention is to provide a Katsutabit wear detection device for a shield excavator, which can detect the state of Katsutabit wear in advance with a simple configuration.

In this case, as mentioned above, insulated electric wires are buried in the wire burying holes provided in the Katsutabitsu, and are connected to the detection part at the rear of the shield body, so that the Katsutabitsu will be exposed as the shield excavator excavates. At the same time as the electric wire wears out, the tip of the electric wire also wears out, and the insulation becomes defective due to water and dirt. This condition is detected by the detection section at the rear of the shield body, and the wear condition of the Katsutavi is immediately detected.

In this case, a plurality of Katsutabits are provided with wire burying holes of different depths for each Katsutabit, and insulated wires are buried in the holes, so that changes in the wear status of the Katsutabits can be detected. and the timing of replacing the Katsutabitsu,
It is possible to plan the progress of construction work in advance.

以下本案を図示の実施例について説明する。 The present invention will be described below with reference to the illustrated embodiments.

In Fig. 2, 1 is a shield body, 2 is a shield jack, 3 is a cutter bearing device, 4 is a cutter rotation drive device, and a small gear 5 is fixed to the drive shaft.
A large gear 7 fixed to the cutter rotating body 6 meshes with the cutter rotating body 6, and by operating the cutter rotation drive device 4, the cutter rotating body 6 is driven and rotated, and is attached to the cutter rotating body via a bolt 8. The face is excavated by a large number of cutters 9.

A wire embedding hole 9a is drilled in the cutter bit 9, and an insulated wire 10 is buried in the hole 9a so that its tip protrudes from the outer peripheral surface of the cutter rotating body 6 by a distance X. Of course, the electric wire 10 is fixed with liquid packing or other fittings so that the electric wire 10 and the hole 9 do not shift, and the end of the electric wire 10 is routed to the detection section at the rear of the shield body 1. Note that the electric wire 10 has two electric wires 10a and 10a inside the insulating material 10c.
10b are inserted so that they do not touch each other including their tips.

In addition, multiple electric wires 10 are connected to one Katsutabitsu 9.
The electric wires 10 are installed with different X dimensions, or electric wire embedding holes 9a of different depths are provided in a plurality of cutters 9, and electric wires 10 are installed in each of the same burying holes 9a with different X dimensions.

Therefore, when the cutter bit 9 wears out as the shield excavator moves forward, the tips of the electric wires 10 also wear out, and the electric wires 10a, 10 become damaged due to water and dirt.
When the insulation between b becomes defective and the detector at the rear of the shield body detects this, the cutter rotating body 6
It is clear that the cutter bit 9 is worn down to the point X.

In addition, Katsutavitsu 9 is extremely sturdy, so
If machining the wire embedding hole 9a is difficult, an insulated wire may be buried in the mounting bolt 8 in the same manner as described above.
