[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a lightweight cellular concrete panel such as a lightweight cellular concrete panel (hereinafter abbreviated as ALC panel) cured with high temperature and high pressure steam.

ALC panels have been widely used in recent years because they are lightweight, have excellent insulation properties, and require short construction periods.
However, since the water absorption property is relatively high, if there is a defect in the finishing material, there is a possibility that cracks may occur due to repeated water absorption and drying. Furthermore, because the strength is somewhat low, the panel surface is easily scratched, and the edges are easily chipped, which tends to create weak points in terms of waterproofing, and can also cause water leakage if repairs are incomplete.

Conventionally, in order to eliminate these drawbacks of ALC panels, various composite panels in which metal panels are fixed to the surface and/or edges of ALC panels have been proposed. FIG. 1a shows an example of this, in which a metal panel 1 having a substantially C-shaped cross section is shown.
The end portion thereof is fitted into a groove formed at the edge of the ALC panel P, and the gap between the metal panel 1 and the ALC panel P is filled with an adhesive 2 to form a composite panel. With this structure, a clearance can be provided between the metal panel 1 and the ALC panel P, so it has advantages such as being able to absorb manufacturing errors and making it easy to install the metal panel 1. Since the strength was determined by the adhesive force of Adhesive 2, there were concerns about durability. Figure 1b
The metal panel 1 was devised to eliminate this drawback, and the metal panel 1, which has a cross-sectional shape, is fixed to the surface of the ALC panel P with an adhesive 2, and has a through hole drilled in the bent part of the periphery. nail 3 penetrates into
It is fixed to the edge of ALC panel P. In this structure, the metal panel 1 is fixed by the adhesive force of the adhesive 2 and the mechanical retention force of the nails 3, so the installation is reliable and has excellent durability. The gap between the curved edge of the metal panel 1 and the bent edge of the metal panel 1 must be set to a maximum of 1 to 2 mm, making it difficult to install the metal panel 1, and in cases where the manufacturing accuracy of the metal panel 1 and the ALC panel P is extremely poor. In some cases, the metal panel 1 could not be attached.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 1c, a method has been proposed in which the metal panel 1 is engaged and held by pressing the spring body 4 (Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-92346).
If the manufacturing accuracy of the metal panel 1 and/or the ALC panel P is poor, the mounting strength of the metal panel 1 may be unstable because the pressure bonding will be insufficient. Further, since the spring body 4 is exposed on the circumferential side of the metal panel 1, there is also the problem that defects are likely to occur in waterproofing using a sealing material or the like.

In FIGS. 2 and 3, a decorative metal panel 1 formed into a box shape with four peripheries bent is fixed to the surface of an ALC panel P via an adhesive layer 2. As shown in FIGS. Here, the decorative metal panel 1 is the metal panel 1
In order to absorb the manufacturing error of the ALC panel P and to make it easier to attach the decorative metal panel 1 to the ALC panel P and to fit the engagement piece 6, the internal dimensions are set to 4. It is made approximately 20mm larger. In addition, a through hole 7 is formed in the bent portion of the four peripheral edges of the decorative metal panel 1, and the through hole 7 is connected to a through hole 8 formed with a thread formed in the engagement piece 6, and is connected to the screw 5 by the screw 5. Decorative metal panel 1
and the engagement piece 6 are tightly connected. The engaging piece 6 has a lightning-shaped cross section with its substantially central portion facing toward the panel edge surface, and has a through hole 8 with the aforementioned screw thread formed in the flat portion of one end, and a drilled hole in the flat portion of the other end. hole 9
is drilled. The nail 3 is inserted into the drilled hole 9, penetrates into the ALC panel P, and is fixed. Third
10 and 10' in the figure are reinforcing reinforcing bars buried within the ALC panel P. In addition, FIG. 4 shows the engaging piece 6.

The above is the configuration of the present invention, and the decorative metal panel 1
is fixed to the ALC panel P not only with adhesive 2, but with nails 3 via engagement piece 6, which ensures reliable installation and excellent durability. Further, since the bent engagement pieces 6 are used when fixing the decorative metal panel 1 with the nails 3, the dimensions of the decorative metal panel 1 can be designed to be slightly larger than the ALC panel P. Therefore, manufacturing errors of both the decorative metal panel 1 and the ALC panel P can be absorbed, and the work of attaching the decorative metal panel 1 to the ALC panel P is easy. In particular, since a screw thread is formed in the through hole 8 drilled in the engaging piece 6, when attaching the engaging piece 6 to the decorative metal panel 1, it is necessary to Hole 7
It is only necessary to make the through hole 8 formed in the engaging piece 6 communicate with each other, insert the screw 5 from the decorative metal panel side and tighten it, and there is no need to insert nuts or the like on the back side, so it is very easy to work. is good. If the through hole 8 is made into a drilled hole without forming a thread, and a tatsupin screw is used instead of the screw 5, the use of a power tool will result in excessive tightening, resulting in deformation of the decorative metal panel 1 and damage to the surface decorative layer. This is not desirable as it may lead to It is also possible to use rivets made of aluminum or stainless steel instead of screws, and in this case, the through hole 8 formed in the engagement piece 6 may be a drilled hole.

The engaging piece 6 connects the decorative metal panel 1 to the ALC panel P.
After adhesively fixing it to the surface, it is inserted into the gap formed between the two and tightly fixed with screws or rivets, so the size of the gap described above is determined by the thickness and bending dimension of the engaging piece 6, the decorative metal panel 1 and the ALC.
In addition to the manufacturing error of panel P, an additional 1
It is desirable to consider a margin of ~2 mm. Here, the thickness of the engaging piece 6 is about 2 mm, and the manufacturing error of the metal panel 1 is usually ±1.5 mm, and the manufacturing error of the ALC panel P is about ±5 mm, so as mentioned above, the internal dimensions of the metal panel 1 are ALC 4 than the outline of panel P
It is necessary to make it approximately 20mm larger.

In order to ensure the installation strength of the decorative metal panel 1 to the ALC panel P, as shown in Fig. 3, nails should be installed closer to the center of the panel than the reinforcing bars 10 on the panel surface side buried in the ALC panel P. However, by using the engaging piece 6, there is no need to cover the nail 3 with the decorative metal panel 1 up to the point where the nail 3 penetrates, and the cost is lower than the conventional method shown in FIG. 1b. .

In addition, aluminum plates, stainless steel plates, steel plates, etc. are used as decorative metal panels, and treatments such as plating, fluororesin coating, vinyl chloride resin coating, acrylic resin coating, enamel coating, etc. are applied as appropriate for rust prevention and cosmetic purposes. is used. As for the adhesive 2, it is preferable to use an elastic adhesive such as a rubber adhesive or foamed urethane resin that can absorb the thermal expansion strain between the decorative metal panel 1 and the ALC panel P. If it is not available, it may be omitted and the attachment may be performed using only the engagement piece.

As explained above, this invention is a decorative metal panel.
Regarding composite panels with ALC panels, the decorative metal panel can be installed reliably, and manufacturing errors between the two can be absorbed, resulting in excellent installation workability.Furthermore, no engaging pieces are exposed around the decorative metal panel, making it completely waterproof. This is an extremely effective idea.
