Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は、高温高圧蒸気養生された軽量気泡コ
ンクリートパネル(以下ALCパネルと略す)等

く、補修が不完全な場合には漏水の原因ともなつ

従来、これらALCパネルの欠点を解消するた
めに、ALCパネルの表面および又はパネル小口
に金属パネルを固着した複合パネルが種々提案さ
れて来ている。第1図aはその一例を示したもの
で、断面ほぼC字状に形成された金属パネル1
が、その端部をALCパネルPの小口に形成され
た溝に嵌合され金属パネル1とALCパネルPの
間隙には接着剤2が充填されて複合パネルを構成
している。この構造では金属パネル1とALCパ
ネルPとの間にクリヤランスを設けることができ
るため、各々の製作誤差を吸収できる、金属パネ
ル1の取付けがやり易い等の長所があるが、金属
パネル1の取付け強度は接着剤2の接着力に支配
されるため、耐久性に不安があつた。第1図b
は、この欠点を除去するために考案されたもので
断面〓字状に形成された金属パネル1は、接着剤
2によりALCパネルPの表面に固着され、周縁
屈曲部に穿設された透孔には釘3が貫入され
ALCパネルPの小口に固定されている。この構
造においては、金属パネル1は接着剤2の接着力
とともに釘3の機械的な保釘力によつて固定され
ているため、取付けが確実で耐久性にも優れる
が、ALCパネルPの小口と金属パネル1の周縁
屈曲部との間の間隙は、最大1〜2mm程度に設定
しなければならず、金属パネル1を取付けにく
く、金属パネル1およびALCパネルPの製作精
度が著しく不良の場合には、金属パネル1を取付

マ型をなし、一端の平面部には前記のネジ山を形
成した透孔8が、また他端の平面部にはキリ穴9
が穿設されている。該キリ穴9には釘3が挿入さ
れ、ALCパネルP内に貫入、固定される。第3
図中の10,10′は、ALCパネルP内に埋設さ
れている補強鉄筋である。また第4図は係合片6

る。また化粧金属パネル1を釘3により固定する
に際し屈曲した係合片6を使用するため、化粧金
属パネル1の寸法をALCパネルPよりも若干大
きく設計できる。このため、化粧金属パネル1お
よびALCパネルPの両者の製作誤差を吸収する
ことができ、しかも化粧金属パネル1のALCパ
ネルPへの取付け作業が容易である。特に係合片
6に穿設された透孔8にはネジ山が形成されてい
るため、該係合片6を化粧金属パネル1に取付け
る際には、化粧金属パネル1に穿設された透孔7
と該係合片6に形成された透孔8とが連通するよ
うにし、化粧金属パネル側からネジ5を挿入し締
めつけるだけで良く、裏面にナツト等を挿入する
必要がないため非常に作業性が良好である。透孔
8にネジ山を形成せずにキリ穴とし、ネジ5の代
わりにタツピンねじを使用すると、電動工具を使
用するため締めつけが過剰となつて化粧金属パネ
ル1の変形、表面化粧層の破損を招くことがあり
好ましくない。またネジの代わりにアルミ製ある
いはステンレス製のリベツトを使用することも可
能であり、この場合には係合片6に穿設した透孔
