Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an excellent transformer at low cost without requiring much labor by a method wherein the transformer is firmly fixed and generation of a defective article is prevented even when the transformer is dropped or vibration is generated by providing a spacer between the core and a printed wiring substrate of the transformer. CONSTITUTION:A printed wiring substrate 14 is placed on a supporting member 15, and the core 13 of a transformer is fixed to the supporting member 15 and a chassis 19 by screws 12 through the intermediary of spacers 18. By providing the spacers 18 in such a manner that they are buried in the space located between the core 13 of the transformer and the printed wiring substrate 14, the transformer can be fixed firmly, the rate of generation of rejects can be lowered without adding excessive force to the terminal and the printed wiring substrate of the transformer. Also, there is no connection of a lead wire, the number of manhours can be reduced, it is unnecessary to give special strength to the chassis, the frame of the transformer is unnecessary, and also manhours and cost of components can be cut down by fixing with a screw from the four corners to the diagonal line.

フレームも必要なく、ネジ止めを4隅から対角上に止め
ることによシエ数及び部品コストの削減ができる。
