(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, in the case of the above-mentioned conventional device, when a large amount of lubricant mist is generated within the head cover, there is a risk that the air breather alone cannot completely separate the lubricant mist and it may flow out to the outside. Particularly in the case of agricultural engines that are open to the atmosphere, there is a risk that spilled lubricating oil may drip onto fields and fields, contaminating not only agricultural crops but also the soil. In addition, as a technique for preventing the leakage of lubricating oil mist, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 151840/1984, Publication No. 161104/1983, and Publication No. 6908/1988 disclose techniques, but the The second type is only equipped with a deflection plate, which is not effective enough to block a large amount of oil splash, and the latter has an opening at the bottom end of the rib, so oil splash jumps up from the bottom. This poses various problems, including the possibility that the air may flow directly into the air breather.

This idea was created in view of the above problems, and it not only reliably prevents the lubricant mist from flowing out, but also improves the breather performance by further increasing the effect of the lubricant mist using blow-by gas. The purpose is to obtain a structure that improves the

(Means for solving the problem) To this end, the cylinder head section is divided into a cam chamber and an air breather chamber in parallel by a buff-full plate, and a narrow labyrinth passage is created between the upper end of the buff-full plate and the head cover. above the air breather chamber, a filter element portion having an inlet opening facing downward on the bottom surface is provided, and the filter element portion is located below the inlet port of the element portion and approximately midway in the vertical direction of the buttful plate. It is equipped with a plate to block oil particles.

1 is an OHC type cylinder head part,
A camshaft 4 is rotatably supported on a cam bracket 3 on the base 2, and a cam 5 of the camshaft 4 operably abuts a tappet 6 connected to a valve arranged on the base 2. Reference numeral 7 denotes a buff-full plate, which covers the side surface of the head portion 1 facing at least the position where the breather is provided, and the bent portion 8 at the lower end thereof is connected to the base portion 2 and the bent portion at the upper end thereof. The bent part 9 is the cam bracket 3
The upper end portion 10 is curved toward the center of the cam bracket 3, respectively. A head cover 11 is attached to the base 2 so as to cover the cylinder head 1, and forms a cam chamber 12 and an air breather chamber 13 with the buff-full plate 7 in between.
A labyrinth passage 15 is formed by a gap between the head cover 11 and a rib 14 protruding from the inner surface of the head cover 11. A filter element 16 is located above the air breather chamber 13 and below the labyrinth passage 15, is formed on one side of the head cover 11, is filled with steel wool, and has an exhaust pipe 17 connected to the upper side. An inlet opening downward into the air portion 18 of the air breather chamber 13 is provided on the bottom surface, and a plate 19 for blocking oil particles is attached below the inlet at a position approximately midway in the vertical direction of the bubble plate.

Further, 20 indicates an oil reservoir formed in the base 2. With this structure, the lubricant splashes generated by the camshaft 4 and tabet 6 and the lubricant splashed from the lower part of the cylinder head are removed from the oil reservoir 21 by the rotation of the camshaft 4 to the buff-full plate 7. Therefore, it is shielded. Furthermore, most of the lubricating oil mist is captured in the labyrinth passage 15 formed by the gap between the rib 14 of the head cover 11 and the upper end 10 of the buffle plate 7; And the blow-by gas in the cam chamber 12 is
The oil particles flow downward on the back surface of the buffful plate 7 toward the space 18 of the air breather chamber 13, and in the space 18, the oil particles fall down and are separated by their own weight, and in addition, the small amount of oil particles that still rise Oil particles are also blocked by the plate 19 located below the inlet opening at the bottom of the filter element section, and the oil particles entering the filter element section 16 are captured by the steel wool accommodated here. As shown in FIG. 4, the extraction of lubricating oil mist from the exhaust pipe 17 is almost completely prevented.
Here, A indicates this invention and B indicates a conventional product.

(Effects of the invention) As detailed above, this invention is a shield between the cam chamber and the air breather chamber with a buttful plate that forms a labyrinth passage only at the upper end, so lubrication from the oil pool is prevented. It reliably prevents oil from being scraped up, splashed, or splashed up from the bottom of the cylinder head, and furthermore, the blow-by gas flow is controlled by the downward flow that passes behind the buff-full plate to reduce the amount of lubricant mist. The breather performance is improved because the particles are separated by their own weight, and then they move upward to capture only the slight remaining particulate mist in the filter element, making it especially suitable for air-open agricultural applications. In the case of engines, it is possible to reliably prevent lubricating oil from dripping, so it does not contaminate agricultural crops or the soil in fields.Furthermore, the structure is simple, so it has various excellent effects such as high productivity. It is something that you have.
