As shown in FIG. 3, this cushion plate 9 has a structure in which rubber 11 is vulcanized and adhesive-molded between a pair of steel plates 10, 10, and a synthetic resin thrust washer is further installed between the cushion plate 9 and the stay 4. ,
A thrust spacer made of galvanized steel is incorporated to improve the riding comfort of the cab 3.

If this corrosion occurs, the coefficient of friction will increase, making it difficult to operate smoothly. It will be missing. Moreover, if the amount of friction increases due to this friction coefficient, there is a possibility that backlash may occur.

点にある。 The present invention was developed in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, and it copes with various loads and deformations by appropriately changing the spring constant, and is also advantageous in terms of manufacturing, assembly, and cost. Its purpose is to provide a cushion plate that is characterized by its ability to fill the space created between a pair of movable bodies through which a support shaft passes, and to prevent the movement of one movable body from affecting the other. A cushion plate for buffering transmission includes a boss portion having a center hole through which the support shaft is inserted, and an outer surface and an inner surface extending outward from a plane S formed by the outer surface of the boss portion, and the inner surface is
A thrust plate that protrudes outward from the plane formed by the inner surface of the boss and has a plate thickness that becomes thinner toward the tip, and a plurality of slits formed in the radial direction that divide this thrust plate into a plurality of fan-shaped pieces. and is entirely made of synthetic resin.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, 0 consists of a pair of synthetic resin dish-shaped discs, and includes a boss part 22 with a center hole 21 in the center through which the support shaft 6 is inserted, and a radius from this boss part 22. It has a thrust plate portion 23 that is formed to become gradually thinner toward the outside.

にするためである。 As shown in FIG. 5, this thrust plate portion 23 protrudes outward with respect to a plane S constituted by the outer surface of the boss portion 21, and when the cushion plate 20 is interposed between the stay 4 and the rod 5, This is to enable the thrust plate portion 23 to cope with various loads and deformations by appropriately changing the spring constant.

Since it is not fixed at a predetermined position and is always displaced, the installation space is not constant, but even in such a case, if it is tapered, the load generated between the stay 4 and the rod 5 can be reduced. Alternatively, the spring constant of the cushion plate 20 is adjusted in response to the amount of deformation due to torsion, etc., and a predetermined elastic force is always exerted between the stay 4 and the rod 5 without using a thrust washer or the like. It becomes possible to do so. However, if this space is too large, 22 or more sheets may be used back to back as shown in FIG.

Examples of the synthetic resins used here include thermoplastic resins such as polyamide and polyacetal, and thermosetting resins such as phenolic resin and polyester.

Compared to conventional products, the number of steps involved in molding is extremely small, and product costs can be reduced accordingly.

In this way, the solid lubricant is worn away, and it is possible not only to reduce the wear resistance and friction coefficient of the cushion plate 20, but also to improve the mechanical strength.

This results in extremely good cabin ride comfort.

The thrust plate 23 is divided into a plurality of fan-shaped pieces. By dividing the thrust plate 23 into a plurality of fan-shaped pieces, the amount of elastic deformation of each fan-shaped piece increases, the buffering force in the axial direction of the support shaft 6 increases, and the thickness of the thrust plate 23 tapers toward the tip. Because of its shape, the fan-shaped piece deforms to fit the contact surface, and together with the fan shape of the fan-shaped piece, the contact area is large. Therefore, even if the load in the thrust direction increases, the increase in surface pressure can be suppressed to a low level.

Even if the space between the two is not measured in advance or is inserted, the thrust plate portion 23 deforms and presses the stay 4 and the rod 5 with a predetermined elastic force. Next, when the vehicle runs, vibrations from the body frame 2 are transmitted to the rods 5, but the movement, displacement, and deformation of the rods 5 are all buffered by the smooth rotational deformation of the cushion plate 20. 4, and the cabin is held with good riding comfort.

Since the entire body is molded into a dish-shaped synthetic resin, it fills the space between the movable bodies without using washers, reduces the friction that occurs between the two movable bodies, and is suitable for use in automobile cab support devices, bonnet support devices, etc. When used in a car, it is possible to create a cab with a comfortable ride, and the bonnet can be opened and closed smoothly. It is also extremely easy to manufacture this cushion plate, and costs can be reduced. Moreover, it is possible to obtain a product with excellent corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance.
