Claims (1)
- 中心にドライブ軸の貫通孔を有し、かつ外周縁
の等間隔位置から中心方向に向く放射状のスリツ
トを有する円板と、片面の砥粒が表側となるよう
二つ折りした研磨シートとから成り、上記の各ス
リツトに研磨シートの二つ折り屈曲部分を差し込
み、又研磨シートの屈曲部分を挾む両側裏面を円
板及び先の研磨シートの表面重なり部分に接着剤
を介し貼り付けた研磨具。
