Claims (1)
- 多数枚の矩形研磨シートの側縁をオーバーラツ
プさせると共に、放射状に配列集合させて形成し
た環状の研磨板と、この研磨板の研磨面を有しな
い片面に接着剤を介し裏面を貼り合わせた円板と
、この円板の中心に設けたドライブ軸の貫通孔と
から成る研磨具において、上記円板の裏面中央部
に円板の反対側方向に突出する周壁の開口縁が研
磨板の研磨面手前に臨む皿状体を固定し、又皿状
体の中心に貫通孔に一致する透孔を設け、更に皿
状体の周壁と研磨板の内周との間に接着剤を充填
したことを特徴とする研磨具。
