等の導線を接続する為に用いられている接続端子
に関するものである。

11に螺合させる為の雄ねじを周囲に有する主体
部15と、座板5より上方にあつて挿通孔7より
大径のねじ頭16と、それらの間にあつて最も小
径にしてある頚部18とを有していて、上記締付
片10をホルダーの底部2aに締付けた状態で
は、座板5の挿通用の透孔縁7aに上記主体部1
5の雄ねじの上部15aが圧接するよう構成する
ことにより、メーカからの出荷状態においては、
第8図の如く座板5と締付片10との間に大きな
間隙Gが形成されていて、現場では電気工事人が
導線22の差込作業を直ちに行なえる状態にする
ことができ、その上、締付片10はホルダーの底
部2aに圧着され、締付ねじ棒14の頚部18は
座板5の透孔縁7aに圧接して締付ねじ棒14は
弛み難くなつていて、締付ねじ棒14の脱落は防
止されるという至便な構成を提供し、もつて上記
問題点を解決するようにしたものである。

設したねじ頭を示し、そこにはプラス及びマイナ
スのドライバーの先を係合させ得る様にした溝1

おいてねじ頭16と接する部分に形成された頚部
を示し、そこには抜止片9の先端部9aが存置さ
せてある。次に20は同軸ケーブルで、周知の如
く外部導体21、中心導体22等を有している。

及び固定用のねじ棒25から構成されている。尚

2と締付片10の四つは相互に重合状態となるた
め、抜止片9及び導線22はねじ頭16と締付片
10との間に挾みつけられる状態となつて、導線
22の締付固定は極めて堅固な状態となる。又上
記締付の場合、締付ねじ棒14は座板5に対して
その軸線方向に移動することがなく、又角形の締
付片10は両立上片6a,6aにガイドされる形
となつてその回動が阻止されるため、上記締付は
極めて容易に行うことができる。

となつているため、ねじ棒14の先部14aを透
孔7に望ませる場合には、抜止片9の上面9bが
案内面となつてその作業を容易に行なうことがで
きる。又主体部15をその透孔7に挿通する場合
には、例え抜止片9の先端部9a,9a相互間の
寸法と主体部15の外径とが殆んど同一に形成さ
れていて主体部15のねじ山が上記先端部9aに
接触する様な状態となる場合であつても、主体部
15を透孔7に押込むと抜止片9は上記先端部9
a,9a相互間の距離が広がる方向に押曲げられ
る状態となるため、主体部15の挿通はこれも又
容易に行うことが出来る。

の字状となつた抜止片9は図示される如く平担と
なる方向に曲げ戻され、その先端部9aが頚部1
8に位置する。これにより締付ねじ棒14は透孔
7からの抜け出しが防止される状態となる。尚上
記作業の場合、凹部34の存在により溝17が潰
れる等の事故は防止される。また上記作業は上型
32と下型30の位置を入れ替えて行なつてもよ
い。上記の如き曲げ戻しが済んだならば下型30
と上型32とを離間させ、本体4及び締付ねじ棒
14等を下型30から取りはずす。しかる後締付
ねじ棒14の主体部15に対して締付片10を螺
合させれば接続端子3が完成する。

て、 導線22を差込む為の間隙Gを大きく確保し
て、現場での電気工事人の作業が直ちに着手でき
るようにすることもできる効果がある等、本願発
明は従来の問題点の解決に優れた有用性がある。
