３……射出部、４……可動シリンダ、５……打撃
ドライバ、６……打撃ピストン、８……自動切り
換えバルブ機構、９……コンタクト部材、１０…
…コンタクトレバー、１１……トリガバルブ。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 グリツプ部を有するとともに下部に止め具射出
    用の筒状の射出部を設けたハウジングと、該ハウ
    ジング内に上下方向に往復動自在に収容されると
    ともに上記ハウジングの下方にバネ付勢された可
    動シリンダと、該可動シリンダ内に上下方向に往
    復動自在に収容されるとともに、前記射出部内を
    摺動可能な打撃ドライバを一体に形成した打撃ピ
    ストンと、上記可動シリンダの往復動に伴つて上
    記可動シリンダ内を駆動用圧縮エアの供給源と大
    気とに選択的に接続させる自動切り換えバルブ機
    構と、下端面が上記射出部の先端より下方に突出
    するように付勢されて設けられたコンタクト部材
    と手動操作可能に設けられたコンタクトレバーと
    の操作により上記自動切り換えバルブを作動させ
    るトリガバルブとを備える繰返し作動式釘打機に
    おいて、 上記コンタクト部材の一部をハウジング内に進
    入させて上記可動シリンダの下端面と対峙するよ
    うに配置し、上記コンタクト部材の下端を被打ち
    込み材の表面に押し付け操作することによりハウ
    ジングに対して相対的に上方に移動した上記進入
    部を可動シリンダの下端面に当接させてハウジン
    グに対してコンタクト部材の上死点まで離反させ
    るとともに、ハウジング内には、圧縮空気により
    可動シリンダをその下端がハウジング内に進入し
    たコンタクト部材の上死点位置まで上昇させるエ
    ア圧作動機構を設けるとともに、該空気圧作動機
    構に対して圧縮空気を給排することにより、起動
    前には上記可動シリンダを上昇位置に保持し、起
    動後には前記保持を解除する制御バルブを設けた
    ことを特徴とする繰返し作動式釘打機における反
    動吸収機構。
