- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 外周の所定個所にリング溝２６，２７が凹設
されたデイスプレーサ１０，１１と、径を拡げる
外方に張り出させる弾力を保持して前記リング溝
２６，２７に嵌装せしめたシールリング２８，２
９と、このシールリング２８，２９との摩擦によ
り先に摩耗する性質を持つ合成樹脂の内周層３３
が金属製の筒本体３２における少なくとも前記シ
ールリング２８，２９が摺接する部分に設けられ
たシリンダ２，３とを備えてなることを特徴とす
る極低温冷凍機。 ２ シリンダ２，３における前記内周層３３が、
筒本体３２の内壁に形成された合成樹脂のコーテ
イング層である請求項１又は２記載の極低温冷凍
機。 ３ シリンダ２，３における前記内周層３３が、
筒本体３２に対し着脱可能に嵌着させて二重筒部
を形成し得る合成樹脂製の内筒である請求項１又
は２記載の極低温冷凍機。
