Claims (1)
- 低温ガスが供給されるシリンダ３内でピストン
運動する摺動体１１の外周面に断面矩形状のリン
グ溝２７を凹設して該リング溝２７内に、前記シ
リンダ３の内周面に摺接する外側シールリング２
９Ａ及び該外側シールリング２９Ａに内接する内
側シールリング２９Ｂならびにそれ等両シールリ
ング２９Ａ，２９Ｂに張り出し力を与えるバネリ
ング３１を装着せしめてなり、前記両シールリン
グ２９Ａ，２９Ｂを、互いに接する合わせ面Ｓ１
がシリンダ３の軸に対し傾斜した円錐面となる断
面三角形又は断面台形に形成したことを特徴とす
る極低温冷凍機。
