下半分は使用時における相対位置を示している。
第２図は従来の周期磁界ヘリツクス形進行波管の
電子ビーム集束装置を説明するための横断面図で
ある。
主な参照番号、１……真空外容器、２……磁極
、３……ヘリツクス、４……誘電体支柱。
