例の概念的横断面図であり、この第1図の上半分
はヘリツクス形進行波管をベーキングする際の真
空外容器に対する磁極の相対位置を示しており、
下半分は使用時における相対位置を示している。
第2図は従来の周期磁界ヘリツクス形進行波管の
電子ビーム集束装置を説明するための横断面図で
ある。
主な参照番号、1……真空外容器、2……磁極
、3……ヘリツクス、4……誘電体支柱。
