【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案はハネギ等の長物野菜の皮剥き兼洗浄を
行うための野菜仕上機に関するものである。[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a vegetable finishing machine for peeling and cleaning long vegetables such as spring onions.
従来においても長ねぎ等に空気を吹付けてその
皮剥きを行うようにした装置類は広く使用されて
いるが、泥付きの長ねぎの場合その洗浄効果は十
分満足できるものとは言い難い。

本考案の要旨とする所は左右のガイド板の前方

にすると共にその取付位置の左右の間隔および前
後の位相差を調整可能にしたことを特徴とする野
菜仕上機に存し、これにより所期の目的を収めた
ものである。

ねじ14を取付けているので、その向きも自由に

光電管スイツチにより自動的に水ホース4および
空気ホース5の電磁バルブが夫々開いて水および
空気がノズル体1より噴出され、ねぎの表面でこ
れらがシヤワー状に混合して皮剥きと洗浄とが同
時に速やかに行なわれる。尚上記の光電管スイツ
チに代えて又は併用してフードスイツチ等による
ことも可能である。又洗浄水や剥き皮等の廃物は
フードカバー3でその飛散を防止して反対側に排
出される。
