- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ケーシングと、 このケーシング内で周方向に所定距離離間して
配置された複数の電磁石を有するステータと、 このケーシングに回動自在に支承され中心部に
孔を有すると共に外周部に永久磁石が固定された
ロータ部材と、 このロータ部材の孔に遊嵌されて、このロータ
部材と周方向の相対移動が拘束され減衰力可変用
の調整子に回転を伝える出力軸と、 このロータ部材の孔の内周とこの出力軸の外周
との間に介在された弾性部材と を有することを特徴とするアクチユエータ。
