[Conventional technology and its problems 1 Polyolefins have been widely used in various molded products and sheets because they have excellent moldability, toughness, water resistance, organic solvent resistance, chemical resistance, etc., and are low in specific gravity and inexpensive. Although it is widely used, its heat resistance requires improvement, which is an obstacle to developing new uses.

On the other hand, although polyphenylene ether resin has excellent heat resistance, it has drawbacks in moldability and solvent resistance, so its range of use is limited. For the purpose of improving moldability and impact strength, etc., it is blended with styrene resin and used, but its range of use is limited due to the drawback of solvent resistance. Not suitable for fields that require resistance to oily solvents.

Various blend compositions have been proposed to combine the advantages of these polyolefins and polyphenylene ethers and compensate for their disadvantages, such as compositions aimed at improving processability and tensile strength (Japanese Patent Publication No. 42-7069). However, they cannot always satisfy the relatively high mechanical strength levels required in the industrial field. In addition, for the purpose of further improving the compatibility of polyolefin and polyphenylene ether resin and improving mechanical strength, compositions containing, for example, block copolymers of styrene and butadiene or hydrogenated products thereof are prepared. (Unexamined Japanese Patent Publication No. 53-
No. 71158, JP-A-54-88960, JP-A-59
-100159, etc.), and a composition obtained by adding an inorganic filler to these components (JP-A-58-103556).
Although the moldability and mechanical strength are improved, the amount of polyolefin blended is small, or the matrix (continuous phase) is a polyphenylene ether resin or a mixture of polyphenylene ether resin and styrene resin. Because it consists of a combination of these, the organic solvent resistance of polyolefins cannot be fully exhibited. In addition, a large amount of polyolefin exceeding 20% by weight is blended with the polyphenylene ether resin, and a diblock copolymer or radial teleblock copolymer consisting of an alkenyl aromatic compound and a conjugated diene is added as a compatibilizer, and the hydrogenation force thereof is added. 1

A blend of this and polyphenylene ether resin is
It is said that by blending a hydrogenated alkenyl aromatic compound-co-1Ω diene diblock copolymer, compatibility can be improved and tensile properties, brittleness, etc. can be improved. However, improving compatibility alone is not sufficient to satisfy the various properties required of resins in general. For example, JP-A-60-
No. 76547, the composition is composed of a polyphenylene ether, a low density polyethylene as the polyolefin as the bulk component, and an alkenyl aromatic-conjugated diene diblock copolymer hydrogenate as the compatibilizing component of both components. Resin compositions made of these components have a significantly inferior level of rigidity, and therefore have limited uses. In addition to the above combination, a resin composition using polypropylene as the polyolefin has slightly improved rigidity and heat resistance, but there are still cases where it is insufficient for practical use, and there is still room for improvement.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present inventors have made further improvements to achieve a relatively high level of mechanical strength required in various applications, such as the field of industrial parts. We conducted an intensive search to provide a resin composition that has a balance, solvent resistance, and moldability.

(C) Component Two Partially Hydrogenated Alkenyl Aromatic Compound-Isoprene Copolymer The partially hydrogenated alkenyl aromatic compound-isoprene block copolymer used in the present invention refers to a chain block derived from an alkenyl aromatic compound. This is a block copolymer in which the aliphatic unsaturated groups of block B of an alkenyl aromatic compound-isoprene block copolymer having a structure each having at least one chain block rBJ derived from isoprene and rBJ derived from isoprene are reduced by hydrogenation. Block A
The arrangement of and B includes a so-called radial teleblock structure, which is a linear structure or a branched structure.

Even if the ethylene content of the ethylene-α-olefin copolymer becomes greater than 93 mol% or less than 30 mol%, the ethylene-α-olefin copolymer becomes highly crystalline, and the impact resistance of the composition decreases. The amount of the partially hydrogenated alkenyl aromatic compound-isobrene block copolymer of component (C) is determined from the above (a) and (b).
The combined amount of the components is preferably in the range of 3 to 45 parts by weight, particularly preferably in the range of 5 to 40 parts by weight, and particularly preferably in the range of 5 to 30 parts by weight. If it is less than 3 parts by weight, the impact strength level will be insufficient, and if it exceeds 45 parts by weight, the rigidity level will be unsatisfactory, making it impossible to achieve the object of the present invention.

[Application of the resin composition according to the present invention] The resin composition according to the present invention can be easily molded by moldability generally applied to thermoplastic resins, such as straight index molding, extrusion molding, and blow molding. Of these, injection molding is most preferred. Due to its good mechanical properties, it is suitable for automobile parts, specifically exterior parts such as bumpers, doors, door panels, fenders, moldings, emblems, wheel force bars, engine hoods, roofs, spoilers, and instrument panels. It is suitable for interior parts such as console boxes and trims, and also for exterior parts of electrical equipment, specifically for parts such as televisions, refrigeration systems, and so-called office automation equipment.

Reference Example 1 Production of styrene-grafted modified edylene-propylene copolymer Edylene-propylene comonopolymer rubber (manufactured by Sumitomo Chemical Co., Ltd., Nisprene E-120: trade name) 100 parts by weight, 40 parts by weight of styrene, 500 parts by weight of water 1.5 parts by weight of benzoyl peroxide, 3 parts by weight of calcium phosphate, and 3 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol were charged into a polymerization tank, and the inside of the tank was sufficiently purged with nitrogen while stirring. Thereafter, heating was carried out at 90°C for 1 hour and then at 110°C for 1 hour. As a result of extracting the polystyrene in the 1q graft copolymer with mebru ethyl ketone, it was confirmed that about 20% by weight of styrene was graft copolymerized in the copolymer.
