In the conventional container shown in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 56-72724, after a reinforcing frame with a square cross section is engaged with the upper end of each side plate of the container, which is bent into a box shape, each side plate to which the reinforcing frame is attached is inserted. Corner blocks are attached to the ends of the side plates, and these containers and reinforcing frames are tightened and fixed using bolts and nuts to form a box-shaped container.

However, since the conventional container described above is formed into a box shape by connecting the ends of each side plate with corner blocks, a reinforcing frame must be specially provided at the upper end of each side plate in order to obtain container strength. Not surprisingly, the number of component parts was increasing. For this reason, there was a problem in that the ease of assembly of the container was poor. Furthermore, in the container shown in the above publication, the container, reinforcing frame, corner blocks, and fixing pins are made of different resins or metals, so when the container is crushed and reused as a molding raw material, each resin is It was necessary to separate each product separately, which increased the number of steps required for reuse. For this reason, the resin in the container could not be effectively reused. Furthermore, the nut that screws the tip of the bolt inserted into the through hole protrudes from the inner surface of the upper end of the reinforcing frame, which may get in the way when storing the product in the container, or may damage the stored product. are doing.

The purpose of the present invention is to take into account the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional technology.
Assembly work is extremely easy with a small number of parts,
It is an object of the present invention to provide a container that prevents the products contained therein from being damaged and allows the container to be effectively reused as a resin raw material.

For this reason, the present invention has a rectangular frame shape, an inner wall in which a locking recess is formed, and a locking part that hangs down at a position corresponding to the locking recess and has a through hole formed that matches the locking recess. A frame having an approximately H-shaped vertical cross section, and a rectangular resin corrugated board made of the same synthetic resin as the frame and having notches at each corner, forming respective side edges. a through hole that stands upward at a position corresponding to the depth of the box, the upper part of which is inserted between the inner wall and the locking part, and the upper part of the side edge that matches the through hole of the locking part; a box body formed with a shank, a shaft part that is made of the same resin material as the box body and the frame, and has an outer diameter corresponding to the inner diameter of the through hole, and a claw part that engages with the inner surface of the locking part; The container is characterized by comprising a fixing pin having a head that comes into contact with the outer surface of the locking part.

Since the present invention is constructed as described above, the upper part of each side edge of the resin corrugated board that stands upward is placed between the inner wall of the frame and the locking part at a location corresponding to the depth of the box to be formed. After fitting, when the fixing pin is inserted into the matching through-hole and the through-hole, the claw part of the fixing pin engages with the inner surface of the locking part to prevent it from coming off, and the tip of the shaft is inserted inside. It is engaged with a locking recess in the wall. Thereby, each side edge of the box body can be fixed to the frame while avoiding the shaft tips of the fixing pins protruding from the inner surface of the container, that is, the inner surface of the inner wall. When the product is stored in the container, it is possible to prevent the product from being damaged by the fixing pins, and the product does not become an obstacle to the storage operation. Further, after the container is used, since each member of the container is made of the same resin, each member can be crushed and reused as a molding material without disassembling the container.

After b passes through the through hole 17 while being elastically deformed,
As the claw portion 7b elastically returns, the claw portion 7b engages with the inner surface of the fixed wall portion 15. This prevents the fixing pin 7 from coming off, and maintains the fixed state between the frame 3 and the box body 5.

Since the frame 3 and the box body 5 are integrated, the container 1 can be formed with fewer components while maintaining the strength of the container. In addition, since the frame 3, box body 5, and fixing pins 7 of the container 1 are made of the same synthetic resin, these frame 3, box body 5, and fixing pins 7 can be crushed without being separated after use. It is possible to reuse it as a molding material. Furthermore, since the structure prevents the shaft end of the shaft portion 7a of the fixing pin 7 from protruding from the hanging portion 13, it is possible to avoid part of the fixing pin 7 from protruding.
The product can be stored and taken out efficiently, the product can be prevented from being damaged, and the product can be stored safely.
