BACKGROUND ART In-factory equipment such as pneumatic tools such as pneumatic rotary drills or air motors may require high-pressure air compared to the piping pressure in the factory. In such a case, supplying high-pressure air through a separate route increases equipment cost and becomes uneconomical. Therefore, devices are known that obtain high-pressure air by locally increasing the pressure in piping within a factory, but conventional devices are designed to supply pressurized air only to the cylinder chamber. Therefore, a large amount of power is required to raise the piston to increase the pressure of the pressurized air, and the rotation of the crankshaft becomes unbalanced, which tends to cause pulsation.

An object of the present invention is to provide an air pressure booster which can solve the above-mentioned problems and can efficiently take out high-pressure air by communicating the piping pressure to the crank chamber of the compressor.

The main body 2 consists of a piston-type compressor, and the crank chamber 3 is formed below a cylinder chamber 9 in which a piston 7 moves up and down. A driven crankshaft 10 is supported concentrically. The crankshaft 10 has its crank connected to the piston 7 via a connecting rod 12. Further, on the upper wall 20 of the cylinder chamber 9, an intake valve 22 and a discharge valve 23 are provided.
are arranged in parallel, and at the top of the upper wall 20 are a suction chamber 25 that communicates with the cylinder chamber 3 through a valve hole that is opened and closed by the suction valve 22, and a discharge chamber 27 that communicates with the cylinder chamber 3 through a valve hole of the discharge valve 23. The suction chamber 25 is provided with the suction port 4, and the discharge chamber 27 is provided with the suction port 4.
A discharge port 28 is provided therein. The suction port 4 is connected to the pressure pipe 5 extending from factory piping or the like that can supply pre-pressurized air, and a pre-surge tank 29 is interposed in the pressure pipe 5. The branch pipe 6 extending from the surge tank 29 and branching from the pressure pipe 5 communicates with the crank chamber 3. In this embodiment, the discharge port 28 of the discharge chamber 27 is connected to a high pressure pipe 3 whose one end is connected to the tank 31.
2 are concatenated. Further, a control pipe 37 is interposed between the unload detection valve 33 provided on the tank 31 and the unload 36 on the injection chamber 25. Note that the unload detection valve 33 is connected to the tank 31.
The supply of high-pressure air can be stopped by detecting the internal pressure of the air and, when the pressure becomes excessive, operating the unload 36 and keeping the suction valve 22 open. The suction valve 22 is attached to the lower surface of the upper wall 20, and can supply pressurized air to the cylinder chamber 9 when the piston 7 descends, and automatically closes as the piston 7 ascends.
comes into contact with the upper surface of the upper wall 20. Also, the discharge valve 23
opens when the cylinder chamber 9 is pressurized to a predetermined high pressure and sends the high pressure air to the high pressure pipe 32. The intake valve 22 and the discharge valve 23 are forcibly driven using a camshaft that is connected to the crankshaft 10 via a timing gear, a timing chain, a timing belt, etc., similar to a gasoline internal combustion engine. In such a case, the unload 36 can be formed as if the unload detection valve 3
The overpressure in the tank 31 can be reduced by operating the suction valve 22 in such a way that it is normally closed by the output No. 3.

However, in the air pressure booster 1 of the present invention, pressurized air is simultaneously supplied to the suction chamber 25 and the cylinder chamber 9 through the branch pipe 6 to the crank chamber 3, and therefore, the pressurized air is supplied to the crank chamber 3 through the branch pipe 6 at the same time as the pressurized air is supplied to the crank chamber 3 at the same time when the piston 7 descends. In this case, the pressure above and below the piston 7 is balanced, and therefore the piston 7 can be pushed up with a relatively weak force. It can be pushed up. Note that the presurge tank 29 absorbs pressure fluctuations caused by pushing up. Also, the high pressure air generated by the rise of the piston 7 is stored in the tank tank 31 via the discharge valve 23 as described above, so when the pressure in the pressure pipe 5 is approximately 4 to 6 kg/cm 2 , the air is increased. 8 to 10 depending on the pressure applied by the pressure device 1
Easily generates high-pressure air of about kilograms/ cm2 . Furthermore, by supplying pressurized air to the crank chamber 3, the vertical movement of the piston 7 is smoothed, the balance of the crankshaft 10 is maintained, and air pressure and mechanical pulsations are prevented.

As mentioned above, the air pressure booster of the present invention is capable of pressurizing the crank chamber of the main body using a piston-type compressor with pressurized air sent to the intake port, so that the driving torque of the crankshaft is reduced. In addition to helping to reduce energy consumption, providing a presurge tank can prevent air pressure, machine pulsation, and vibration, and can efficiently extract high-pressure air using the pressure of the factory piping. In addition, by using the device of the present invention at appropriate locations, the pipe pressure can be lowered, reducing air loss, and by reducing the pipe pressure, the capacity of the main compressor can be reduced and efficiency can be increased, among other effects. can be played.
