(Prior art) Inserts are buried in a concrete slab to which bolts are attached to support ceiling panels, piping, etc., but they must be fixed in advance on the formwork before concrete is poured. Must be. By the way, when burying this insert in a concrete slab, there is not much of a problem if concrete is poured directly onto the formwork, but if a heat insulating material is laid on the formwork and the concrete is placed on top of this heat insulating material, then When installing an insert, it must be installed so that a part of the insert is connected to the outside of the insulation. This is because bolts for supporting ceiling panels, etc. must be attached to the insert after the formwork is removed.

The conventional method for such construction is as shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, in which a hole 44 is provided in advance at a predetermined position in the heat insulating material 40, and a hole 44 is inserted into the hole 44. Body portion 21 of insert 200
This is a method in which the insert 200 is fixed to the formwork 30 after the insert 200 is inserted. However, not only is the process of positioning the heat insulating material 40 and then forming the holes 44 very time-consuming, but also the work of drilling the holes 44 perpendicular to the heat insulating material 40 must be done while considering the angle adjustment. This is nearly impossible in actual field work. This problem will be explained in more detail as follows.

The heat insulating material 40 is usually formed of a material with a relatively large number of bubbles, such as foamed polystyrene, and is therefore soft and easily deformed. Therefore, when fixing the insert to the formwork through such a heat insulating material 40, not only are the holes 44 that must be drilled in advance likely to be formed at an angle, but even if the holes 44 are provided vertically, Also, as shown in FIG. 13, since the insert 200 has only one fixing nail in the center, the insert 200 is easily fixed to the formwork 30 in an inclined state. For this reason, care must be taken to ensure that the insert is perpendicular to the formwork, taking into account the deformation of the insulation. This is because the bolt attached to the insert needs to go down vertically.

In addition to the above-mentioned problems, the following are additional requirements for this type of insert. That is, since the formwork is used repeatedly for different operations, it must be possible to easily remove the part of the insert remaining in the formwork.

Since bolts supporting ceiling panels etc. must be attached to the insert after the formwork is removed, the portion where the bolts are inserted must not be clogged with insulation residue.

Further, depending on the insert, the nails for fixing the insert to the formwork are exposed from the heat insulating material when the formwork is removed, so it is necessary to cut or bend the nails. If possible, an insert that does not require such work is desired.

In FIG. 1, an insert 100 according to the present invention is inserted into a formwork 30 located below a heat insulating material 40.
The insert 100 and the heat insulating material 40 are positioned and fixed from above, and concrete is poured over the insert 100 and the heat insulating material 40. Once the concrete has hardened in this manner, the insert 100 is buried within the concrete slab 50. Moreover, this insert 100 is roughly divided into an insert main body 10 and a fixture 20.

The insert main body 10 mainly consists of a head 11 , a body 12 , a placing part 13 , and a support leg 14 .
In this example, the support legs 14 are integrally formed of synthetic resin. The head 11 is connected to the body 12
It is formed to have a larger diameter, and inside this head 11 is a bolt for screwing the upper end of a bolt for suspending a ceiling, etc.
That is, a nut 15 having a threaded portion is inserted and is covered by a lid 11a. The axes of this nut 15 and a bolt insertion hole 16 formed in the center of the body 12 are aligned so that the above-mentioned bolt can be inserted therethrough. It is open at. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 in this example, a total of three support legs 14 protrude from the outside of the lower surface of the placement section 13 at right angles to the placement section 13. , each of these support legs 14 is formed integrally with the mounting section 13. The length of each support leg 14 is approximately the same as the thickness of the heat insulating material 40, and the support legs 14 are tapered toward the tip so that they can be easily inserted into the heat insulating material 40. . In addition, in FIG. 2, the mounting portion 13 of the insert main body 10 is shaped like a disk, whereas in FIG. 3, the mounting portion 13 is shaped like an arm.

The specific meaning of each support leg 14 being approximately the same length as the thickness of the heat insulating material 40 is that each support leg 14
The length of the supporting legs 14 is exactly the same as, or slightly shorter or longer than, the thickness of the insulation material 40, and each support leg 14 has the same length. The reason for this is that the heat insulating material 40 is easily deformed, so by defining the length of each support leg 14 as described above, it is possible to sufficiently accommodate changes in the heat insulating material 40. It is.

That is, the insert 100 according to the present invention is
When fixing the fixing device 20 to the formwork 30, the mounting portion 13 is brought into contact with the heat insulating material 40, which is made of a soft material with relatively many bubbles, such as Styrofoam. It is used for positioning. Thus, each support leg 14 must perform two important functions: it must respond to changes in the insulation material 40 while positioning it relative to the formwork 30.

Therefore, each support leg 14 should be of the same length as, or slightly different from, the thickness of the insulation material 40 to be used, but also of the same length as each other. The length is approximately the same as the thickness of the heat insulating material 40.

On the other hand, the fixture 20 mainly consists of a base 21 and a projection 22 made of synthetic resin, and a metal fixing nail 23 embedded in the base 21. It is integrally formed. In addition, when the fixed nail 23 is made of synthetic resin, this fixed nail 23 and the base 21,
The protrusion 22 may be integrally molded.
The base 21 has a length shorter than the length of the support leg 14 in the insert main body 10 described above, and secures the fixing nail 23 at its lower end. The total length La of the base portion 21 and the fixing nail 23 in the vertical direction in the drawing is longer than the length Lb of each support leg portion 14 of the insert body 10.
Further, a protrusion 22 is integrally formed on the base 21, and this protrusion 22 is connected to the insert main body 1.
Its shape is determined so that it can be freely inserted into and removed from the bolt insertion hole 16 at 0. Furthermore, in this example, an inclined surface 24 is formed on the lower outer periphery of the base 21, so that the lower end surface 25 of the base 21 has a smaller diameter than the upper part of the base 21.

Further, FIG. 4 shows another specific example of the present invention. In this case, the insert main body 70 consists of a driving member 70B and a supporting member 70A that are separate from each other, and the driving member 70B has a head 71 and a body 7.
2, and the support member 70A includes a mounting portion 73 and a plurality of support legs 74. Further, a threaded portion 75 is formed at the lower end of the driving member 70B, and a body portion 75 of the driving member 70B is formed at the center of the mounting portion 73.
A cylindrical member into which the driving member 70B is inserted is integrally formed, and the center of this cylindrical member is a support hole 73a into which the body portion 72 of the driving member 70B is inserted. The protrusion 22 of the fixture 20 is inserted into and removed from the threaded portion 75 of the driving member 70B. The structure of this fixture 20 is exactly the same as that of the insert main body 10 described above.

First, the bolt insertion hole 16 of the insert body 10
The insert body 10 and the fixture 20 are integrated into an insert 100 by inserting the protrusion 22 of the fixture 20 into and out of the insert from below. The insert 100 thus constructed is placed at a predetermined position of the heat insulating material 40 on the formwork 30, using each of the support legs 14 and fixing nails 23, and attached to the base 21 of the fixture 20.
pierce until the lower end surface 25 of the insulating material 40 comes into contact with the upper surface of the heat insulating material 40, as shown in FIG. in this case,
Since the insulation material 40 is often relatively porous, this piercing can be easily done with a finger or a hammer 60 or the like, and if the fixing position is inappropriate, the insert body 10 and the fixture By simply pulling out 20, its position can be easily changed.

During this piercing operation of the insert 100, each support leg 14 of the insert main body 10 adjusts the position of the insert 100 relative to the heat insulating material 40 by resistance such as frictional force against the heat insulating material 40, so that the head of the insert main body 10 The portion 11 will be pierced in a stable state without shaking laterally. In other words, each support leg 14 acts as a guide when inserting the insert 100 into the heat insulating material 40.

In this way, if the head 11 of the insert main body 10 is further hit with the hammer 60 or the like after the insert 100 is stuck into the heat insulating material 40, the heat insulating material 40 located below the base 21 of the fixture 20 will be pressed. As a result, the heat insulating material 40 begins to be sheared at a portion as shown by the shear line 41 in FIG. 5, and eventually the shear hole 43 shown in FIG. 1 is formed. As a result, the fixing nails 23 of the fixture 20 are driven into the formwork 30, and the first
As shown in the figure, the tip of each support leg 14 of the insert body 10 abuts on the formwork 30. At this time, since each support leg 14 has approximately the same length as the thickness of the heat insulating material 40, the insert body 10
The lower surface of the mounting portion 13 completely contacts the surface of the heat insulating material 40. In this way, if the tip of the support leg 14 comes into contact with the formwork 30, the insert 10
0 is securely fixed to the formwork 30 by the fixture 20, and the driving is completed.

In addition, in this example, the lower end surface 25 of the base 21 is
is formed to have a small diameter with respect to the upper part of the base 21, so that the heat insulating material 40 by this fixture 20
The shearing is performed in the order of A to C in FIG. That is, in A of FIG. 6, a shear line 41 begins to form from the part of the heat insulating material 40 that is in contact with the outer periphery of the lower end surface 25, and then as the inclined surface 25 pushes the heat insulating material 40 to the left and right, as shown in FIG. This shearing progresses in the order of C. In this way, the fixture 20 has a final shear strength that is lower than that of the fixture shown in FIGS. The size of the raised shear hole 43 is reduced.

In the case of the above fixing work, once each support leg 14 comes into contact with the formwork 30, further advancement is restricted, and even if the insert 100 is initially positioned in an inclined state, Each support leg 14 ultimately corrects the mounting portion 13 of the insert 100 so that it is parallel to the formwork 30, so that the insert 100 is perpendicular to the formwork 30 when driving is completed. will be located. In other words, since each support leg 14 has the same length, even if the insert 100 is initially inserted into the formwork 30 in an inclined state, all the support legs 14 By coming into contact with and stopping on the formwork 30, the insert 100 is finally fixed to the formwork 30 in a horizontal state.

After the concrete has hardened, the formwork 30 is removed as shown in FIG.
This is easily done by using 00.
That is, for this formwork 30, the fixture 20
This is because the compressed portion 42 of the heat insulating material 40 located below the fixture 20 has already been sheared by driving the insert 100. For example, in the case of a conventional insert in which a plurality of fixing nails are still attached to the insert side, the formwork 30 cannot be easily removed due to the fixing nails. Removal of the formwork 30 is easy because there is only one fixing nail 23 in the center and the protrusion 22 is simply inserted into the bolt insertion hole 16.

Further, even if it is necessary to remove the fixture 20 from the formwork 30, the fixture 20 can be removed relatively easily. That is, fixture 2
A part of the heat insulating material 40 that has been sheared between the base 21 of the base 21 and the formwork 30 remains sandwiched as a compressed part 42, but in this example, it is inclined from the upper part of the base 21 to the lower end surface 25. Since the sloped surface 24 is formed so that the nail puller 61 can be easily inserted and locked to the fixture 20 by using this sloped surface 24, the compressed portion 42 remains. However, the fixture 20 can be easily removed. Furthermore, since the compressed portion 42 is originally soft, it can be easily pushed away and removed with the tip of the nail puller 61, etc., and by removing it in this way, the nail puller 61 as shown in FIG. This is because it is possible to easily secure a space for the

The above is substantially the same for the insert main body 70 shown in FIG. In this case, the support member 70A is first positioned and fixed on the heat insulating material 40, and then the work is performed.

(Example) In the above-described specific example, the protrusion 22 of the fixture 20 is fitted into the lower end of the bolt insertion hole 16 of the insert main body 10, but the present invention is not limited to this. That is, a recess may be provided in the lower part of the insert main body 10, and the upper part of the base 21 of the fixture 20 may be fitted into this recess. In this case, there is no need to take the trouble to provide the protrusion 22. In addition, when attaching the fixture 20 to the insert body 10, as shown in FIG.
By forming a support protrusion 19 on the lower surface of the insert main body 10 located on the outer periphery of the lower end, and fitting the protrusion 22 of the fixture 20 into the support protrusion 19,
The insert main body 10 and the fixture 20 may be integrated. In this case, the fixture 20 can be more reliably supported on the insert body 10.

(Effects of the invention) As detailed above, in the insert 100 according to the present invention, even if there is a heat insulating material 40, there is no need to make a hole for inserting the insert 100 therethrough; 100 can be constructed within a short time,
Construction efficiency is very high. In addition, the insert 1
00 is determined by inserting each support leg 14 into the soft insulation material 40, shearing a part of the insulation material 40 by the base 21 of the fixture 20, and driving the fixing nail 23 into the formwork 30. Therefore, the force required for positioning and fixing is not so great. Moreover, the first insert 10
Since the positioning of 0 is performed by inserting each support leg 14 and fixing nail 23 into the heat insulating material 40, the positioning and changing thereof can be easily performed. Therefore, the positioning and fixing work of the insert 100 can be easily performed.

Furthermore, during the piercing operation of the insert 100, each support leg 14 of the insert main body 10 adjusts the position of the insert 100 relative to the heat insulating material 40 by resistance such as frictional force against the heat insulating material 40. The head 11 can be pierced in a stable state without shaking laterally. In the work of fixing the insert 100 to the formwork 30, each support leg 14 automatically corrects the positioning with respect to the formwork 30, so that the insert 100 is fixed to the formwork 30 after the fixation is completed. There is no inclination, and the bolt insertion holes 16 are always fixed vertically to the formwork 30. Therefore, when the constructor using this insert 100 works to fix the insert 100 to the formwork 30, there is no need to always be concerned about the inclination of the insert 100, and in this respect, construction efficiency is also improved. Good.

Furthermore, after removing the formwork 30, the fixtures 20 fixed to the formwork 30 can be easily removed, which is very convenient when the formwork 30 is to be used again. Of course, the fixture 20 removed from the formwork 30 can be used again as the fixture 20 of the insert body 10. Therefore, this insert 100 makes it possible to reliably reuse the formwork 30 and fixture 20.
