Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、破裂線を持つ被覆が内側を発泡せしめられる
箔を持ち、この箔の内側発泡層が破裂線の範囲に被覆の
他の範囲におけるより小さい肉厚を持っている、自動車
におけるエアバラグ装置用被覆の製造方法に関する。
〔従来の技術〕
ドラ連邦共和国特許出願公開第3315535号明細書
から公知の広げることができるエアバッグ用の被覆では
、破裂線の範囲で2つの箔が互いに溶接されており、溶
接継目の破裂強さは箔自体の破裂強さより小さくなって
いる。このような被覆は確実な動作に関してそれに課さ
れるすべての要求を濶たすが、2つの箔を一緒にして工
具に通さねばならないため、その製造v縁が高くなる。
史に両方の箔の継ぎ目の個所が視覚的にもよい外観を持
つようにすることは国難である。
史にドラ連邦共和国特許出願公開第2643451号明
細書から、エアバッグのクツション炉に切込みを作る高
周波切断装置を使用することも既に公知である(7ペ一
ジ4〜5行) 〔発明が解決しようとする課題〕 本発明の基礎になっている課迦は、ドイツ連邦共和国特
許出願公開第331553号明細書による構造の欠点を
回膳し、製造される被覆の視覚的に申し分のない外観も
保証するエアバッグ装置用被覆の簡単な製造方法を提示
することである。
〔課題を解決するための手段〕
このhaを解決するため本発明によれば、計画した破裂
線の範囲で加熱される連続箔を深絞りして、破裂線の範
囲に、隣接する面より引込む溝を形成し、溝底部におい
て高R波型押しにより、破裂線を規定する箔の肉厚減少
を行ない、箔を型へ入れて内側を発泡せしめる。
〔実施例〕
本発明の方法により製造される被覆の実施例が図面に示
されている。
被覆lの外側を形成する箔2は、加熱された状態で深絞
り法例えば真空絞り法により変形されて、溝底部4を持
つ引込み溝3を形成する。
この溝底部4の範囲において、高周波型押しにより破裂
線を規定する肉厚減Φ5が行なわれる。
溝3の幅及び深さは、少なくとも皮相的な観察者には肉
厚減/J)部5が目に入らないように選ばれている。
深絞りされた箔2はそれから発泡型へ入れられて、破裂
線の範囲に箔2と同様に肉厚の小さい範r!R7を持つ
ように、内側発泡豹6を設けられる。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 破裂線を持つ被覆が内側を発泡せしめられ る箔を持ち、この箔の内側発泡層が破裂線の範囲に被覆
    の他の範囲におけるより小さい肉厚を持つているものに
    おいて、計画した破裂線の範囲で加熱される連続箔(2
    )を深絞りして、破裂線の範囲に、隣接する面より引込
    む溝(3)を形成し、溝底部(4)において高周波型押
    しにより、破裂線を規定する箔(2)の肉厚減少を行な
    い、箔を型へ入れて内側を発泡せしめることを特徴とす
    る、自動車におけるエアバッグ装置用被覆の製造方法。
