Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 上部に複数のカツテイングエツジを有する一
    方、底部中央に駆動スプロケツトと噛合する係合
    凹部を有する複数のセンターリンクを一対のサイ
    ドリンクにて挾持し、ピンにてエンドレスに連結
    してなるソーチエーンにおいて、 センターリンク用材として硬質鋼板と軟質鋼板
    とを長手方向に溶着接合してなるバイメタル材を
    用い、硬質鋼板部に上記カツテイングエツジを形
    成する一方、軟質鋼板部に前後ピン挿通穴および
    係合凹部を形成し、該ピン挿通穴からセンターリ
    ンク前方および後方端に至る距離Ｌ１より該穴か
    ら上方の硬質鋼板部と軟質鋼板部との接合部に至
    る距離またはカツテイングエツジ刃底に至る距離
    のいずれか短かい方Ｌ２および該穴から上記係合
    凹部に至る距離Ｌ３がＬ１＜Ｌ２，Ｌ３となるよ
    うに設定してなることを特徴とするソーチエーン
    のセンターリンク構造。 上記ピン挿通穴からセンターリンク前方およ
    び後方端に至る距離Ｌ１より該穴から上方の硬質
    鋼板部と軟質鋼板部との接合部に至る距離Ｌ２が
    Ｌ１＜Ｌ２となる条件下に上記硬質鋼板部と軟質
    鋼板部との接合部位置がカツテイングエツジのあ
    さり分け位置より上方に来るように設定する前記
    第１項記載のソーチエーンのセンターリンク構造
    。
