Claims (1)
- 空気圧により駆動されるロツドレスシリンダと
、このロツドレスシリンダのピストンと連動、又
は、従動して直線移動する可動テーブルと、該ロ
ツドレスシリンダの両端に配設されたスプロケツ
トと、該可動テーブルの直線移動をスプロケツト
の回動に変えるために、該スプロケツト間に掛け
わたされ、かつ前記の可動テーブルが固着された
タイミングベルトと、前記のスプロケツトの軸に
連結されて、該可動テーブルを任意の位置に停止
させるブレーキ手段とからなるロツドレスシリン
ダの中間位置停止装置。
