Claims (1)
- 気体圧によつてシリンダチユーブ内を移動する
ピストンと、シリンダチユーブ外部に設けられた
外部移動子と、前記ピストン及び外部移動子の各
々に対応する位置に設けられた複数の磁石とから
なるロツドレスシリンダにおいてシリンダチユー
ブの両端にストローク調整可能なストツパを含む
ことを特徴とするロツドレスシリンダ。
