受、９は軸受ケース、１０はオイルポンプ、１１
は音波センサ、１２は前段増幅器、１３はバンド
パスフイルタ、１４は包絡線検波器、１５は制御
部である。

Claims (1)
- 駆動モータの回転力を軸端のカツプリングを介
してロータに伝達してロータを高速回転させる回
転系を有し、前記軸を支持する軸受ケースに音波
センサを取付け、前記回転系の内部において、応
力集中によつて材料の局部に生ずる組織変化に伴
つて発生する音波を検出し、上記駆動モータの回
転を停止させる制御機構を備えてなる遠心分離機
。
