The main pipe (transport pipe) for transporting viscous substances, as shown in Figure 1, is an insulated pipe that heats and transports substances with high viscosity at low or room temperature, such as paint and tyokolate, and lowers their viscosity. 1. A heating tube 2 that is provided in contact with the main pipe and through which a heating wire or high-temperature fluid is passed, a heat insulating material 3 that surrounds the main pipe 1 and the heating pipe 2 in order to prevent the added heat from dissipating; There is an outer tube (protective tube) 4 that covers the above and protects it from external loads, and the heating tube 2 is bent at the joint 5 to separate it from the main tube 1. are welded together. The structure of this joint portion 5 is based on the following reasons. In other words, in a structure where the main pipe 1 and the heating pipe 2 are in contact also at the joint part 5, the main pipes 1 and the heating pipe 2 are
This is because they cannot be joined together by welding.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above problems, the present invention installs a heating pipe adjacent to a main pipe, and also sets the end of the heating pipe at a predetermined distance from the end of the main pipe in the longitudinal direction. An outer pipe is provided by placing it separately and fitting it over the main pipe and the heating pipe.
A method of joining insulated pipes in which a heat insulating material is filled between the main pipe and the outer pipe, in which a pair of main pipes are welded to each other,
A tube member having the same diameter as the heating tube is divided into two along the longitudinal direction, and one of the half members is inserted between the pair of heating tubes with its outer peripheral surface in contact with the main pipe. The split member is welded to the heating tube from its inner peripheral surface side, and then the pair of heating tubes is joined with the longitudinal end surface of the other half member in contact with the longitudinal end surface of the other half member. The other half member is welded to the one half member and the heating tube from the outer peripheral surface side.

Effect According to the above-mentioned configuration, after the main pipes are welded together, the heating pipe is welded from the inner circumferential side to one half member disposed in contact with the main pipe, so that the heating pipe is not connected at the joint. It becomes possible to join the pipe in contact with the main pipe, and heat transfer from the heating pipe to the main pipe can be sufficiently performed at the joint, and the heat-insulating pipe can be joined in a state with good thermal efficiency as piping.

FIG. 4 shows the structure of the joint of the heat-insulated pipe, and FIGS. 5 and 6 show the procedure for joining the joint. As shown in FIG. 5, the pair of main pipes 1, 1 are abutted against each other, and the abutted portion 13 is welded and joined from the outer periphery. Between the pair of heating tubes 2, 2, 9 is formed between the lengths of 2 l,
During this time, a tube member 10 having the same diameter as the heating tube 7 as shown in FIG. 7 is interposed in the tube 9. This tube member 10 is divided into two halves 1 along the longitudinal direction.
It consists of 1 and 12. As shown in FIG. 6, one half member 11 is inserted between the pair of heating tubes 7 with its outer peripheral surface in contact with the main pipe 1, and the joint between the half member 11 and the heating tube 2 is 14 are welded and joined from the inside of the pipe. After that, the other half member 12 is
As shown in the figure, it is interposed between a pair of heating tubes 7 with its longitudinal end surface 12a in contact with the longitudinal end surface 11a of the half member 11, and the joint portion 15 with the heating tube 2 and The joint portion 16 with one of the half members 11 is welded and joined from the outside of the tube. The thus formed joint portion 5 is further covered with an exterior member so as to span between the pair of outer tubes 4, and a heat insulating material is filled between the exterior member and the main pipe 1.
