As a wire mesh constituting a wire mesh shelf, a double wire mesh in which lattice-like wire mesh bodies are arranged on two front and rear sides is conventionally known (see, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-53403).

Such conventional double wire mesh has two wire mesh bodies that are completely integrated, so when manufacturing it, one wire mesh body is folded in two, or one wire mesh body is folded in two in advance. It must be constructed by arranging vertical strands at regular intervals and welding horizontal strands to these vertical strands. In either method, the vertical strands must be bent 180 degrees. However, the bending process was not only difficult, but also required a large working space. Moreover, in the former method, peeling of the welded wire is likely to occur due to deformation and distortion of the wires due to bending, and in the latter method, the bending of each vertical wire becomes irregular, resulting in the alignment of the welded wires. There were also drawbacks such as the welding work being very complicated because it was easy to cause misalignment at times and it was difficult to easily weld the horizontal strands on two surfaces.

Furthermore, there were other problems such as it was difficult to obtain a colored double wire mesh in which the two faces had different colors, and it was impossible to obtain a double wire mesh in which the vertical strands on the two faces had different phases. .

In order to solve the above problems, the double wire mesh of the present invention consists of two lattice-like wire mesh bodies in which connecting portions bent to one side are formed at the upper and lower ends of vertical strands, and horizontal connecting wires are attached to the connecting portions. It is characterized in that the connecting horizontal lines of two opposed wire mesh bodies are connected to each other.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail based on the drawings. In FIG. 1, 1 indicates a support, and 2 indicates a double wire mesh stretched between the support supports 1 and 1.
The double wire mesh 2 is composed of two separately configured lattice wire mesh bodies 2a and 2b.

As is clear from FIG.
. . . by welding a large number of horizontal strands 4, 4, . Connecting horizontal lines 7 and 8 are provided in the connecting portions 5 and 6, respectively.
These wire mesh bodies 2a and 2b are made to face each other and the connecting horizontal wires 7, 7 and 8,8 are brought into contact with each other, and the contacting horizontal connecting wires are connected and fixed to each other. The horizontal lines can be connected by means such as welding or fastening with metal fittings.

When connecting the wire mesh bodies 2a, 2b, the vertical wires 3, 3 may be arranged in the same phase with each other, or may be arranged with a phase difference as shown in FIG. When arranged, abutting vertical strands can also be connected to each other. in this case,
When the connecting portion of the two wire mesh bodies 2a, 2b forms an arc like the upper end of the double wire mesh shown in FIG.
It is only necessary to bend the ends of each by 90 degrees, making the bending process very easy.

FIGS. 4 and 5 show a second embodiment of the present invention, and show a double wire mesh 12 for use on sloped land, in which horizontal wires 14 are welded to vertical wires 13 in an inclined state. This double wire mesh 12 also has two wire mesh bodies 12a, 12b, similar to the first embodiment.
connecting horizontal wires 17, 17 and 18, which are constructed separately and attached to the connecting portions at the upper and lower ends of the vertical wire 13.
18 are connected to each other to form an integral structure.

In addition, in the double wire mesh of each of the above embodiments, even if the horizontal wires in the two-sided wire mesh body are arranged in the same phase as shown in FIG. 2, they can be arranged with a phase difference as shown in FIG. Alternatively, the thickness of the strands in both wire mesh bodies can be changed.

As detailed above, according to the present invention, since the double wire mesh is made up of two wire mesh bodies with different configurations, there is no need to bend the middle part of the long wire by 180 degrees during production. , it is only necessary to slightly bend the ends of the vertical strands in each wire mesh body, and therefore, the bending work is very simple and does not require a large space for bending.
There is almost no possibility that the welded portion will peel off due to deformation or distortion of the wire due to bending.

In addition, by connecting differently colored wire mesh bodies, two
It is also possible to obtain a colored double wire mesh in which the two faces have different colors, or to obtain a double wire mesh in which the phases of the vertical strands on the two faces are different by shifting both wire mesh bodies laterally and connecting them.

Furthermore, we attached a connecting horizontal line to the connecting part of the two wire mesh bodies, and by connecting these horizontal lines, the two wire mesh bodies were integrated, so it was possible to connect only the vertical strands without providing these horizontal lines. The connection can be made much easier than the case where the connections are made in parallel.
