DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION According to the present invention, a thin plate material for a printed wiring board, which has been positioned at a predetermined printing position on a printing table, is secured on the printing table in the positioned state by a negative pressure suction action. This invention relates to an improvement in the negative pressure suction structure of a printing table in a screen printing machine.

Conventionally, thin sheet materials that are continuously and automatically conveyed onto a printing table are positioned at a predetermined printing position on the printing table, and negative pressure suction force is generally used in many cases to maintain the positioned state. . However, in most conventional negative pressure suction structures on printing tables, the suction portion thereof is opened on the same surface as the printing table surface. In this way, in the case where the suction part opens on the same plane as the printing table surface, if the material to be carried in is distorted in a certain part, the distorted part is located at the same surface as the suction part on the printing table surface. If this distance is large, sufficient negative pressure suction cannot be expected, and normal screen printing may not be possible (see Figure 3).

The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks seen in the prior art, and has a negative pressure suction section provided on the printing table surface that protrudes from the printing table surface and that moves up and down with respect to the printing table surface. The present invention is intended to realize a negative pressure suction part on a printing table that can attach a material suction part that allows the material to be brought into close contact with the printing table surface even if the material has a distorted part.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIGS. 1 and 2 are explanatory diagrams of a printing table 1 of a screen printing machine to which a thin plate material M for printed wiring boards is continuously and automatically fed. After the material M carried onto the printing table 1 is positioned at a predetermined printing position, this positioning state is secured on the printing table 1 by the negative pressure suction action of the negative pressure suction unit 2. 4 is a stopper that regulates the position of the material M in the direction of movement; 5 and 6 are fixed position regulating members and movement position regulating members that regulate the position in the direction perpendicular to the direction of movement. After the position in the traveling direction is regulated, the moving position regulating member 6 moves relative to the fixed position regulating member 5, and the position in the direction perpendicular to the traveling direction is regulated. When the position regulation of material M is finished, print table 1
is raised until its table surface is positioned above the material conveyor 7. Of course, after printing is completed, the printing table 1 is configured to be lowered until its surface is positioned below the material conveyance tool 7. In the figure, S is a screen plate with an electric circuit pattern, and sq is a squeegee. The positioning of the material M is ensured by a negative pressure suction unit 2 provided on the printing table 1, and the negative pressure suction structure provided on the printing table 1 is explained in more detail in Figures 5 to 5. This is Figure 10. The negative pressure suction unit 2 provided on the printing table 1 may have an appropriate structure, for example, it may be a ventilation hole 2a that opens directly into the printing table 1 surface (see FIGS. 1 and 2), or The following negative pressure suction unit 2 may be improved from the viewpoint of expecting a negative pressure suction effect at an appropriate position on the printing table 1.

One is a ventilating member 10 in which a groove 8 of a certain depth is bored in the printing table 1, a negative pressure suction port 9 is provided in the groove 8, and the negative pressure suction port 9 is moved within the groove 8.
and the closing member 11 are opened and closed as appropriate, and a negative pressure suction effect is expected at a desired position on the printing table 1. In this case, the negative pressure suction part 2 communicates with the negative pressure suction port 9. Ventilation hole 2 of ventilation member 10

The other one is the groove 8 provided in the printing table 1.
Inside is a negative pressure air supply source (not shown) and supply pipe P.
It has a structure in which a negative pressure suction member 12 communicating with the negative pressure suction member 12 is movably mounted, and the negative pressure suction part 2 in this case is the vent hole 2c of the negative pressure suction member 12. Negative pressure suction part 2 if necessary
This means that any structure may be used as long as it can absorb and fix the material M on the printing table 1 by receiving negative pressure air from a negative pressure air supply source. A material suction section 3 is attached to the negative pressure suction section 2 provided on the printing table 1, but this material suction section 3 protrudes from the surface of the printing table 1, and the negative pressure suction action of the negative pressure suction section 2 It must be able to move up and down with respect to one surface of the printing table, and must be able to secure the thin plate material M on one surface of the printing table. Therefore, the structure of the material adsorption section 3 itself and the structure for attaching it to the negative pressure suction section 2 can be determined as appropriate to ensure that it communicates with the negative pressure suction section 2 of the printing table 1. The opening 3a protrudes from the printing table 1 and is movable up and down with respect to the printing table 1 through the negative pressure suction action of the negative pressure suction unit 2, and the adsorbed material M is transferred to the printing table 1. Any material that can be secured on the surface is sufficient (see Figures 4 to 10).

The material suction part 3 in the example given here is made of a rubber material because it is easy to obtain elasticity and has excellent durability (Fig. 4, 1).
reference). In the case of rubber material, negative pressure suction part 2
Another advantage of the mounting structure is that it can be easily mounted by press-fitting or adhesive. In other words, in the case of the material suction part 3 made of rubber material shown in FIG.
In the case of the negative pressure suction section 2 shown in FIG. 9 and FIG. 9, it is easy to attach it to the openings of the ventilation holes 2b and 2c by press-fitting or gluing, respectively.

FIG. 4 2 explains a modification of the material suction section 3, and the material suction section 3 is attached to the holder 13.
It is made vertically movable in the axial direction via a coil spring 14. In the figure, 15 is each ventilation hole 2a, 2b, 2c which is the negative pressure suction part 2 mentioned above.
It is a ventilation hole. However, this material adsorption section 3
The holder 13 can be attached to the negative pressure suction unit 2 by fitting the holder 13 together into the ventilation holes 2a, 2b, and 2c by press-fitting or gluing (see FIGS. 5, 7, and 9). In this case, it goes without saying that the ventilation hole 14 of the holder 13 needs to communicate with the negative pressure suction section 2 reliably. As mentioned above, the material suction unit 3 moves up and down with respect to the first surface of the printing table by the negative pressure suction action, but when the negative pressure suction force acts between it and the surface of the material M, it descends to the first surface of the printing table. , when the negative pressure suction force is released, it returns to the state of protruding from the surface of the printing table.

When descending to the first surface of the printing table, the end of the opening 3a of the material adsorption section 3 is preferably flush with the first surface of the printing table, but if necessary, It may be arranged to stop at a position that is a certain distance away. If necessary, the material adsorption section 3 can be replaced with the negative pressure suction section 2 as described above.
Any material may be used as long as it can attract the material M at a position protruding a certain distance from the surface of the printing table by the negative pressure suction action of the material M and secure it at a predetermined position on the surface of the printing table.

As described above, the present invention includes attaching a material suction part protruding from the printing table surface to the negative pressure suction part provided on the printing table of a screen printing machine, and making the material suction part movable up and down with respect to the printing table surface. Because of this structure, the material suction unit can always contact the material surface at a higher position than the printing table surface, and even if the material being carried in is distorted, it can be safely and reliably secured to the printing table surface.
