第３図乃至第８図は前荷台と荷台の足の色々な構
造および取り付け方法を略図で示した上面図であ
り、第３，５，６，７図がサイドプルブレーキ、
第４，８図がセンタープルブレーキの場合で、７
，７′はブレーキ部品が中央位置にある時で、矢
印がブレーキ部品の動く範囲の軌跡を示し、第４
，５，７図が直接ヘツドパイプに荷物の足を溶接
したもので、第３，６，８図が別の金具とボルト
を使つてヘツドパイプに固定したものである。 １……フレーム、２……前荷台、３……荷台の
足、４……ヘツドパイプ、５……補強材、６……

- 前荷台をフレームと一体化したものであつて、
ヘツドパイプに固定する荷台の足を、ブレーキ部
品の動く範囲を避けて迂回させた片がわ側方から
ヘツドパイプに向けて伸ばして固定し、他方、前
荷台は、荷台の足が片がわ側方から前方へ向けて
突き出した先方に略々水平に取り付けたことを特
徴とした自転車の前荷台。
