産業上の利用分野
この発明は湾曲した曲面部を有する被穴明け部
材の曲面部に穴明けを行う穴明け装置に関するも

従来の技術
湾曲した曲面部を有する被穴明け部材(以下ワ
ークと称す)の曲面部の複数個所に穴明けを行う
には従来、第4図に示す様に、穴明けを行う単一
のカム2に複数のポンチ3,3…を、その先端が
ワーク1の曲面部1aと近似するように配置させ
て取付け、このようになしたカム2をワーク1へ
押付けてポンチ3,3…にて穴明けを行うように
している。しかし、上記方法でワーク1の曲面部
1aが狭い範囲であればよいが、曲面部1aが広
い範囲にあると、カム2の移動ストロークの制約
やポンチ3の剛性等各種要因により一回で穴明け
することができず、このような場合には穴明け作
業を2乃至数行程に分け、例えば第5図及び第6
図に示す様に、第1行程でワーク4の曲面部4a
の約半分4a′に対してカム5及びポンチ6にて穴
明けを行い、次の行程で曲面部4aの残りの半分
4a″に対してカム7及びポンチ8にて穴明けを行
うようにしている。さらにワークの曲面部が広い

発明が解決しようとする問題点
従来の穴明け装置による穴明けでは、穴明けを
行うワークの曲面部が広いと、穴明け工程が数回
になるため作業性が非常に悪いといつた問題があ
つた。また各工程毎に穴明け装置が必要で設備費

実施例
第1図乃至第3図は本考案に係る穴明け装置の
一実施例を示す図面で、同図において、10はプ

る半円形状に形成され、その中央部に半円筒形の
段部11を突設し、当該段部11の上面に上方に
立ち上がつた小径のバツクアツプ部12を形成
し、さらに外周縁部にバツクアツプ部12と同芯
上に縦壁13を形成し、当該縦壁13の上面の適
当個所に取付フランジ14,14…を一体に形成
してある。またベース10の中間部の平坦なスラ
イド面10aにはベース10の外径面の中心点0
を中心として等間隔毎に放射状に多数の案内溝1
5,15…を形成し、当該案内溝15,15…に
夫々長尺なロアガイド16,16を取付けてあ

る。穴明けが完了すると、上型が上昇してカムド
ライバー30を上昇させ、カムドライバー30に
よる受動カム17,17…への押圧力を解除し、
リターンスプリング34にて受動カム17,17
…を中心側へ移動させ、ポンチ24,24…をワ
ーク33から抜く。この後エツジ26,26…か

発明の効果
この発明は、ワークに穴明けを行うポンチを設
ける受動カムを多数に分割し、各受動カムを放射
状に配して作用させるようにしたので、各ポンチ
は円弧を描くので、受動カムをワークの曲面部全
周に亘つて配置させれば一回の動作でワークの曲
面部全体に穴明けを行うことができ、作業性が大
幅に向上すると共に設備も小型にすることができ

ンチ穴を形成したエツジと、前記受動カムとベー
スのバツクアツプ部との間に侵入し、受動カムを
放射方向にスライドさせるカムドライバーとを具
備してなる穴明け装置。1.
