の駒体の上面と対応する個所に完成品の表側面の
形状およびサイズと一致する凹状型を備えた構成
の上型装置とからなりこれ等下型装置、上型装置
を型合せ状態とした時に凹状型の開口縁の外周面
が駒体の上面に密接するようにすることによつて
裏側を凹ませて全体を薄肉化することおよび裏側
にトレードマーク等文字や絵を一体に成形するこ
とを可能とするようにしたものである。

状型12,12′の前端面に衝合時に合体して止
環13の形成用溝型14を形成する一対の凹溝1

の下型装置16を構成すると共にこの下型装置1

応する個所に完成品イの表側面の形状およびサイ
ズと一致する凹状型18を備えたダイカスト用の
上型装置19を構成し、これ等下型装置16、上
型装置19を型合せ状態とした時に凹状型18の
開口縁20の外周面が駒体4の上面に密接するよ
うにしたものである。

該一体成形を可能とするものである。

は異なる完成品を得るに際して型の交換をした場
合には其の度に型の芯出やケガキを行う必要があ
つて作業性が悪く且つ時間のロスも多かつたが、
本発明は異なる完成品を駒体のの交換で芯出もケ
ガキも無しに得ることが可能で作業性が頗るよく
且つ時間のロスも少なくてすむ利点があり、更に
下型の一部分に成形に関係するキズやヘコミがで
きた場合には下型の全部が不良となつてしまうが
本発明は駒体のみを交換することで後はそのまま
使用できる好都合さがある等の優れた効果を奏す
るものである。
