〔産業上の利用分野〕
本発明は裏側を凹ませて全体を薄肉化すること
により軽量化した服飾用すかしボタンの製造に用

本発明は固定下型の上面に完成品の裏側面に凹

態で開設し、更に固定下型と駒体とに両端が同固
定下型の両側方に開放し上面が孔状型の下面と接
する横孔を穿設すると共に固定下型の両側に同固
定下型に向つて前進後退する一対の可動下型を備
え、これ等両可動下型に上記の横孔内を同両可動
下型と一体に前進後退し且つ前進時には其の前端
面が孔状型の下方中央で密着状態に衝合する一対
のピン状型を固定し、これ等ピン状型の前端面に
衝合時に合体して止環の形成用溝型を形成する一
対の凹溝を穿設することによつて構成した下型装
置と、下面に於て上記の駒体の上面と対応する個
所に完成品の表側面の形状およびサイズと一致す
る凹状型をまたこの凹状型の型面にすかし孔形成
用上下向き凸部を夫々備えた構成の上型装置とか
らなり、これ等下型装置、上型装置を型合せ状態
とした時に凹状型の開口縁の外周面が駒体の上面
にまたすかし孔形成用上下向き凸部の頂面が上記
の凸状型の型面に夫々密接するようにすることに
よつてすかしの造形および裏面の凹陥を可能とす
るようにしたものである。

可動下型10,10′を備え、これ等両可動下型

前進後退し且つ前進時には其の前端面が孔状型8
の下方中央で密着状態に衝合する一対のピン状型

形状およびサイズと一致する凹状型20をまたこ
の凹状型20の型面にすかし孔形成用上下向き凸
部21を夫々備えたダイカスト用の上型装置22
を構成し、これ等下型装置16、上型装置22を
型合せ状態とした時に凹状型20の開口縁の外周
面が下側駒体4の上面にまたすかし孔形成用上下
向き凸部21の頂面が上記の凸状型6の型面に
夫々密接するようにしたものである。

テイ23より取去する用法で供するものである。
即ち当該用法および図面によつても明らかである
ように上型装置22および下型装置16の動きは
裏面を凹ませて全体を薄肉化することにより軽量
化したすかし模様付きボタンの一体成形を阻害せ
ず当該一体成形を可能とするものである。

状型を固定し、これ等ピン状型の前端面に衝合時
に合体して止環の形成用溝型を形成する一対の凹
溝を穿設することによつて構成した下型装置と、
下面に於て上記の駒体の上面と対応する個所に完
成品の表側面の形状およびサイズと一致する凹状
型をまたこの凹状型の型面にすかし孔形成用上下
向き凸部を夫々備えた構成の上型装置とからな
り、これ等下型装置、上型装置を型合せ状態とし
た時に凹状型の開口縁の外周面が駒体の上面にま
たすかし孔形成用の上下向き凸部の頂面が上記の
凸状型の型面に夫々密接するようにしたことを特
