(Prior art) When purifying gas using a bag filter or the like, if the gas contains tar, oil mist, harmful gas components, etc., a pre-coating agent is applied to the surface of the filter medium in advance. It is conventionally known that by collecting these substances in a precoat layer, clogging of the filter medium can be prevented and harmful gas components can be absorbed. As shown in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 55-92119, such a precoat agent is normally supplied from outside the device into the device on conveying air and attached to the surface of the filter medium. In addition to having to provide an external supply line, there were other problems in that it was difficult to get the precoating agent onto the conveying air and it was likely to accumulate in the pipe.

(Embodiment) Next, the illustrated embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail. In FIG. 1, 1 is a housing of a gas purifier, and 2 is a compartment inside the housing 1 into a clean chamber 3 and a dust-containing chamber 4. It is a partition plate, and this partition plate 2
A filter material 5, such as a bag filter, is attached to the opening provided through the filter, with its neck supported.
Reference numeral 6 denotes a container for storing a pre-coat agent provided inside this dust-containing chamber 4, and a powdered pre-coat agent 7 such as calcium carbonate is stored inside the container. This precoat agent storage container 6 has a part opened, and a high pressure air injection nozzle 8 is provided above this opening toward the opening, and when a valve 9 is opened, a pipe 10 is opened. High-pressure air is injected through the container to blow up the precoat agent 7. Note that 11 is an inlet for dust-containing gas provided in the dust-containing chamber 4, 12 is an outlet for purified gas provided on the ceiling of the clean room 3, 13 is an exhaust fan, and 14 is an air outlet provided above each filter medium 5. The provided bench lily 15 for backwashing is a nozzle for injecting high pressure air for backwashing toward the bench lily 14.

FIG. 2 shows a second embodiment of the invention,
The difference is that the precoat agent storage container 6 is provided on the inner side wall of the dust-containing chamber 4, and the dust tray 16 is provided at the bottom of the dust-containing chamber 4, but other than that, the basic structure is different. Since it is the same as the first embodiment, corresponding parts are given the same numbers and their explanation will be omitted.

(Function) The device configured in this way supplies gas from the inlet 11 to the inside of the dust-containing chamber 4, and also supplies the exhaust fan 1.
If high-pressure air is injected from the high-pressure air injection nozzle 8 while the purified gas is being discharged from the clean chamber 3 by 3 or other means, a jet air flow of several hundred meters per second will flow into the pre-coat agent storage container 6. The pre-coat agent 7 is blown into the interior through the opening of the dust-containing chamber 4 and is blown into the air by applying a strong shearing action to the pre-coat agent 7, causing the pre-coat agent 7 to fly up. Then, the surface of the filter medium 5 is precoated. Such operations can be performed before the gas is introduced into the gas cleaning device or while the gas is being supplied, but if the gas is sticky or prone to clogging, such as fume. ,
Alternatively, if harmful gas components are included, it is effective to perform the backwashing immediately after backwashing. The precoat agent is brushed off the surface of the filter medium 5 and falls downward during backwashing performed at appropriate time intervals, but as in the first embodiment, the precoat agent storage container 6 is dust-filled. If it is provided at the bottom of the chamber 4, it can be repeatedly reused until the entire precoat agent loses its collection or absorption ability.
Furthermore, in this embodiment, since the contaminated precoat agent brushed off from the filter medium 5 is less likely to be blown up by the jet air flow than the new precoat agent, the new precoat agent with greater collection and absorption capacity is given priority to the filter medium 5. It has the effect of naturally achieving a progressive usage condition. On the other hand, the second
In the second embodiment as well, the precoat agent 7 is blown up into the dust-containing chamber 4 by the jet air flow, as in the first embodiment, but the precoat agent 7 that has been blown off falls into the dust tray 16 and is replaced with a new one. Since it does not mix with the precoat agent 7, it is suitable for use when there is a lot of dust or toxic components in the processing gas. In either embodiment, the precoat agent 7 is blown up inside the dust-containing chamber 4 using a high-pressure air injection nozzle, so there is no need to provide an external precoat agent supply line, and the precoat agent accumulates in the pipe. There's nothing to do.

(Effects of the Invention) As is clear from the above description, the present invention provides a container for storing a pre-coat agent inside a dust-containing chamber, and causes the pre-coat agent to be blown up by jet airflow from a high-pressure air injection nozzle and attached to the filter medium. As a result, the precoat agent can be accurately attached to the surface of the filter medium, and there are no disadvantages such as deposition in the pipe, which is the case with conventional methods in which the precoat agent is supplied by air conveyance. Therefore, the present invention can greatly contribute to the development of industry by solving the problems of conventional gas cleaning devices.
