The present invention is characterized in that it includes a collection means for collecting dust attached to the means as the IA dust means rotates. [Function] According to the present invention, dirt, dust, etc. that adhere to the dust means 9 during the dust collection operation can be collected by using the rotation of the dust collection means for dust collection. [Example] The present invention will be described in detail below based on the illustrated example.
The cleaning device shown in FIGS. 1 to 6 includes a container 1 integrally equipped with a grip 10, a pair of roller-shaped dust collection means 2.2 disposed on both sides of the lower surface of the container 1, and a container 1. static eliminating means 3 disposed at the center of the lower surface of the device, and both dust collecting means 2.2.
The collecting means 4, 4 are in contact with the surface of the collecting means 4, respectively. The roller-shaped dust collecting means 2 is equipped with a fiber cloth whose outer peripheral surface has fibers protruding in a fixed direction in the circumferential direction! A garden section 21, a friction resistance section 22 equipped with a member having a large friction coefficient, and a window 23 that opens the internal space to the outside.
It is divided into three parts, with a shaft 25 from both ends.
.. 25 stands out. These shafts 25, 25 are supported by the container body 1, so that they can freely rotate around the shafts. However, due to the presence of a separate stopper (not shown), the rotation of both dust collecting means 2.2 is limited to 909 from the state shown in FIG. 6(a) to the state shown in FIG. 6(b). The shaft 25 is also biased in one rotation direction by a spring 28 shown in FIG. Further, in the internal space of the dust collecting means 2, dust boxes 5, 5, which have an engaging part with the container body 1 and are detachable from the container body 1, are arranged through windows 23, respectively. There is. Note that the pair of left and right dust collection means 2.2 are composed of the same thing, but since they are installed symmetrically on the container body 1, the arrangement of the three sections in the circumferential direction and each dust collection means are different. Part 21
The protruding directions of the fibers in both 4Aa means 2, 2 are opposite to each other. Further, the direction of rotational biasing by the spring 28 is also reversed. The static eliminating means 3 arranged at the center of the lower surface of the container 1 includes a heater 30, a detachable water tank 31, and a water tank 3.
Water absorbing felt 32 that guides the water in 1 to the surface of the heater 30
It is composed of a steam generation mechanism consisting of. The water in the water tank 31 is guided by a water absorption felt 32 to the surface of the heater 30 which is connected to the power supply through the switch 35 and heated, and the continuously generated steam is directed to the bottom side of the vessel 1. released. The static eliminating means 3 consisting of this steam generating mechanism is located between the pair of dust collecting means 2.2, and the space between the static eliminating means 3 and each dust collecting means 2 is fixed to the container body 1. They are separated by a partition wall 13. The collecting means 4.4 is disposed on a surface of the partition wall 13 facing each dust collecting means 2. This collecting means 4 has a collecting part 40 to which a fiber cloth similar to the dust collecting part 21 of the fi dust means 2 is attached, and the protruding direction of the fibers is as shown in FIG. The direction in which the fibers of No. 21 protrude is matched. Further, these collecting means 4, 4 are connected to the dust collecting means 2 by a spring (not shown).
Each side is biased. In this cleaning device, the frictional resistance portion 22 of the dust collecting means 2 is normally directed downward, as shown in the first section and in FIG. 6(a). From this state, if you move the clothing 6 in the direction indicated by A in FIG. In the figure, the dust collecting means 2) on the left side of the figure rotates within the allowed range against the biasing force of the spring 28 due to the frictional resistance between the clothes 6ε, and the dust collecting means 2) on the left side of the figure
The state shown in b), that is, the state in which the dust collecting section 21 is in contact with the clothing 6, is reached. At this time, since the protruding direction of the fibers of the dust collecting section 21 is the direction in which the cleaning device is moved, the dust collecting section 21 collects dirt and dust adhering to the surface of the clothing 6. In addition, since the part where the dust collecting part 21 performs 4Aa is the area where the static electricity is removed by the steam generated by the steam generation mechanism which is the static eliminating means 3, dirt and dust are not affected by static electricity and are removed from the 'AWi part. The dust collecting means 2 located on the right side of the figure is
The frictional resistance portion 22 remains in contact with the clothing 6. If the direction of movement of the cleaning device is reversed and moved in direction B in the figure, the relationship between the pair of dust collecting means 2.2 will be reversed, and this time, as shown in FIG. The dust collecting means 2 located therein collects dust from the surface of the clothing 6 that has been neutralized by the preceding static eliminating means 3. Also, at this time, A
Due to the frictional resistance with the clothing 6 and the bias of the spring 28, the frictional resistance part 22 comes into contact with the clothing 6, and the dust collecting part 21 collects dust while moving in the direction. It comes to a position facing the means 4. Then, when the cleaning device is moved in the direction A again, as mentioned above, 4J of the dust collecting means 2 located on the left side of the figure.
& The dust section 21 rotates so as to come into contact with the clothing 6, but at this time, the dirt and dust collected by the am section 21 is transferred to the collecting means 4.
The dust is collected from the sa section 21 by the collection section 21, and collected into the dust box 5 through the window 23. In other words, this cleaning device not only collects dust when moving in either the left or right direction, but also has #! The dirt and dust adhering to the & dust means 2 are simultaneously collected, and the dust is constantly collected from the surface of the clothing 6 that has been neutralized by the static eliminating means 3.Efficiency can be increased by simply moving left and right alternately. This allows for high dust collection. Incidentally, the dust and dirt collected in the dust box 5 are disposed of by removing the dust box 5. Another embodiment is shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, in which the vessel body 1
A gear motor 26 is installed inside the container body 1, with a conical disk-shaped dust collecting means 2 disposed on the open lower surface of the container body 1.
This allows the dust collection means 2 to be rotationally driven. In the figure, 27 is a battery as a power source. The dust collecting means 2 here has a dust collecting part 21 on which a fiber cloth is attached on the entire lower surface, and the protruding direction of the fibers in the dust collecting part 21 is as shown in FIG. 8(b). It protrudes in the direction of rotation. Further, the rotation axis of the dust collecting means 2 is tilted. The collection means 4 is formed of a rotatable roller 41 with an adhesive tape pasted on its surface, and is rotatable around an axis, and is positioned on the lower surface side of the dust collection means 2, which has a conical disk shape. It is attached to the vessel l. The recovery means 4 is biased by a spring (not shown) in a direction in which it comes into contact with the lower surface of the 4Aa means 2, and is detachable. In this cleaning device, when the a-back means 4 in the form of a conical disc is brought into contact with the clothing 6, only the part along the generatrix where the dust collecting means 2 is in contact with the clothing 6; When the dust means 2 is rotated, the dirt and dust attached to the clothes 6 are removed by the rotating in means 2, and the dirt and dust transferred to the dust collection means 2 are removed by the dust collection means 2. The dust is removed from the dust collection means 2 by the collection means 4 in contact with the dust collection means 2. This allows continuous 4A dust work and collection work to be performed. In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 9 to 11, the dust collecting section 21 is provided all around the
A pair of roller-shaped dust collecting means 2 formed with the dust collecting means 2 are arranged parallel to the lower surface of the container body 1 so as to be freely rotatable around an axis, and the container body 1 supports the inner surface of each dust collecting means 2. A motor 26 that rotates each dust collection means 2 individually is arranged in the cylindrical support part 14. In the figure, 71 and 72 are gears and internal gears that connect the motor 26 and the dust collection means 2. It is. The collecting means 4 is formed by disposing adhesive tape on the surface of a roller 41, and is disposed at an upper position between both #&dust means 2.2 so as to be able to freely rotate around an axis, and a spring is attached to the collecting means 4. Due to the bias, it is brought into contact with both dust collecting means 2.2. As shown in FIG. 11, when performing S dust work by rotating both dust collecting means 2.2 in the same direction, 2.2% I11 means 2.2
The collecting means 4, which is in contact with the collecting means 4, collects dirt and dust attached to the dust collecting means 2. The collecting means 4 can be attached and detached by removing the cover 15 at the tip of the container body 1. Fig. 12 and Fig. 13 show an endless belt having a fiber cloth on the surface of which the protruding direction of the fibers is fixed, in place of the pair of roller-shaped dust collecting means 2 in the above embodiment. This shows the case where . In the figure, reference numeral 73 indicates a drive roller, and reference numeral 17 indicates a receptacle for receiving the endless belt-shaped dust collecting means 2, which is located between the two drive rollers 73 and 73, and the receptacle 17 is attached to the container body 1. Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention not only includes a rotating dust collecting means having a fiber cloth whose protruding direction of fibers is constant, but also includes a dust collecting means that rotates and has a fiber cloth whose protruding direction of fibers is fixed. Since the dust collecting means is equipped with a collecting means that collects the dust attached to the dust collecting means as the dust collecting means rotates, when performing dust collection work while rotating the dust collecting means, the dust attached to the dust collecting means can be removed. , dust, etc. are collected by the collection means, and there is no need for separate collection work, making it extremely easy to use.
