トラブルを起こす原因にもなつていた。 As is well known, a pachinko machine is equipped with multiple winning slots and a variable winning device called a Yakumono on the game board surface, and when a player drives a purchased pachinko ball along the game board surface, the pachinko machine Assuming that a ball enters the winning slot or the variable winning device with a certain probability, a fixed number of prize balls are paid out accordingly. When playing on such a pachinko machine, it can be said that the pachinko machine has a higher probability of winning a prize in the prize opening or the variable prize winning device, and therefore the pachinko machine that pays out a larger number of prize balls, the more advantageous it is to the player. From the perspective of a pachinko parlor, pachinko machines have a high business loss, so with current pachinko machines, taking this balance into consideration, the maximum number of prize balls that a player can win from one pachinko machine is set, for example. The so-called "stopping number" is set at 3000 or 5000, and when the total number of prize balls ejected reaches this number, the game cannot continue. The number of prize balls that can be ejected at each point in time as the pachinko game progresses until the game is stopped (hereinafter referred to as the total number of balls played) is the total number of prize balls that have been ejected from the number of balls played until that point. , and changes as the game progresses.
In particular, if a so-called hit ball compensation system is adopted in which the balls hit by the customer as well as the number of balls hit, that is, out balls and winning balls, are returned to the player, the total number of balls hit will be greater than the above case. It fluctuates. With conventional pachinko machines, there was no way to display this fluctuating total number of hits to the players, so after the previous player played and a certain amount of prize balls had been ejected, the total number of hits would be displayed. If the next customer plays with the pachinko machine when the number of prize balls is decreasing, the subsequent customer will feel dissatisfied because the pachinko machine will be discontinued before he or she has obtained enough prize balls as expected. This not only caused problems with the players, but also caused problems with the amusement arcades.

There are pachinko machines with high profit margins for players who can continue to play even more depending on the specific style of hitting balls, but in such pachinko machines with high profit margins, there is a tendency for the number of balls to be hit to increase. In the case of the ball compensation method, the total number of hits changes drastically, and the above-mentioned troubles are likely to occur.

Assume that when a pachinko game parlor opens, the manager of the parlor turns on the power and operates the simultaneous replenishment switch 10 installed in a central control room or the like. At this time, since there are no balls stored in the upper tank 12 (normally, all the pachinko balls remaining in the pachinko machine are removed when the parlor is closed), a ball shortage detection signal is output from the ball shortage detector Sa to the output control section. 30, and a replenishment command signal is supplied from the output control section 30 to the replenishment device 14. The replenishment device 14 replenishes a fixed number of pachinko balls, for example 500, into the upper tank 12 via a replenishment gutter 15 and a replenishment chute 16 based on a replenishment command signal. When the upper tank 12 is replenished with pachinko balls, the signal from the ball shortage detector Sa is cut off.

In an initial state where the pachinko game is not yet played, the number of stops set in the number of stops setting section 31 is displayed as a number on the display section D via the second calculation section 32. This allows the first player to check the number of stops on the pachinko machine.

The detection signal from the winning ball detector Sb is given to the winning ball number counting section 33. In the prize ball number counting section 33, the prize ball number setting section 34 calculates the number of prize balls discharged for one winning ball (for example,
15 or 13) is set as a multiplier, and the actual number of prize balls ejected as prize balls is counted based on this multiplier. The number of prize balls counted by the prize ball number counting section 33 is sent to the first calculation section 35 as a plus signal (signal that is profitable for the player).

After the balls merge together, they are detected by the ball detector Sc located below. The detection signal from the hit ball detector Sc is given to the hit ball counting section 36, where the actual number of pachinko balls hit by the player is counted. That is, the number of profit balls played by the player at the current pachinko machine is calculated. On the other hand, the calculated value of the first calculation section 35 is

7 is given. The comparison unit 37 is the first calculation unit 35
When the difference between the number of prize balls calculated in and the number of balls hit exceeds the set number of balls hit, a signal is sent to the output control section 30, and even if a detection signal is issued from the ball shortage detector Sa thereafter. , operates so as not to send a replenishment command signal to the replenishment device 14. First calculation unit 35
While the calculated value is less than the stop number setting value, the number of balls stored in the upper tank 12 decreases and the ball shortage detector Sa
Every time a ball shortage signal is sent from the output control section 30 to the output control section 30, a replenishment command signal is issued from the output control section 30 to the replenishment device 14, thereby replenishing the upper tank with a fixed number of pachinko balls.

2, and is subtracted from the set value of the number of stops set by the number of stops setting section 31. The calculated value of the second calculating section 32 corresponds to the total number of stoppages that change from time to time as the pachinko game progresses, and is displayed as a number on the display section D. The display section D should preferably have about five digits assuming that the number of balls hit will be extremely large, and in consideration of readability, it is preferable to always display zeros below the tens digit.

1を乗数として設定すればよい。 In the above-described and illustrated embodiment, the minus signal given to the first calculation unit 35, that is, the signal that causes a loss for the player, is determined based on the number of balls hit including both winning balls and out balls. Although the signal is obtained from the ball detector Sc installed at the bottom of the gutter 19, another method for obtaining a negative signal is based only on the ball introduced into the out hole 18.
It can also be obtained from a detector installed in conjunction with the. Some pachinko machines have a configuration in which winning balls are not collected together with out balls, but are detected separately. In particular, in pachinko machines with such a configuration, the latter method based only on out balls is used. Get a negative signal. In addition, when generating a minus signal based only on out balls, the prize ball number setting section 34 has the number of prize balls discharged for one winning ball -
It is sufficient to set 1 as a multiplier.

During the game, the player can enjoy the game with peace of mind while always knowing the total number of stops until the game ends, and also prevents troubles with the game parlor due to premature stopping. Can be done. Further, it can be used as a guideline when a player selects a pachinko machine with which he or she wants to play a game. In other words, when a player looks at the number on the total number of hits display device, if the number is low, he or she can judge that the pachinko machine has a high winning rate and is relatively easy to play. , it can be determined that the pachinko machine has a low winning rate and a large number of balls struck. In other words, the player can judge that a pachinko machine with a low value is not a machine that can be expected to win a large number of prize balls, even if it often wins. On the other hand, since it is relatively difficult to win a pachinko machine with a high value, it can be determined that a pachinko machine requires considerable gaming skill in order to obtain a sufficient number of prize balls from this machine. However, for players who expect to win an extremely large number of prize balls from a high-margin pachinko machine that has the above-mentioned jackpot generating function, it may be more advantageous to select a pachinko machine with a high numerical value. Therefore, this device will be of great help when selecting a pachinko machine.
