A commonly used method is to attach tape. However, there has not yet been a technology for applying reinforcing tape to green veneers that have been cut to a predetermined length that can be put to practical use. For example, when trying to attach a reinforcing tape to raw veneer cut into 3 or 4 lengths, the method devised by Jodo is to: This is a method in which reinforcing tape is interposed between each veneer and is deposited, the stacked state is maintained for a predetermined period of time to cure the adhesion, and then the veneers are adhered. However, the question of how to easily interpose reinforcing tape between each veneer remains unresolved. For example, focusing on a deposition device, there is a method of interposing reinforcing tape each time one raw veneer is deposited. However, the deposition equipment itself operates at extremely high speeds and is under adverse conditions that make it difficult to stabilize the position and condition of the reinforcing tape due to the influence of high-speed airflow generated during deposition. , which still remains unfinished.

特殊テープを代用してもよい。 The examples shown in FIG. 1 are those disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 56-89906 (title of the invention: high-speed stacking device for veneer veneers) and the invention in JP-A-57-185103 (title of the invention: veneer veneer). veneer stacking device),
Lamination of veneers disclosed in JP-A No. 57-187202 invention (title of invention: veneer veneer processing device) and JP-A-57-187203 invention (title of invention: veneer veneer processing device), etc. 1 is a diagram illustrating the device. In the figure, 1 is a strip-shaped veneer, and a cutting machine 3 cuts the veneer 1 to create a veneer 2 of a predetermined length.
The materials are transported alternately into two transport paths 4 and 5. This 2
The two transport paths 4 and 5 are joined at a lower position in the transport direction, and the transport distance from the cutting position of the cutting machine 3 to the joining point has a distance difference that is an odd number multiple of the length of the predetermined length veneer 2. There is. Therefore, as shown in the figure, the predetermined length veneers 2 produced by the cutting machine 3 are automatically stacked two by two at the merging point, and are sequentially stacked by the stacking device 7 in the stacked state. A preferred embodiment of the present invention is carried out using the illustrated apparatus shown in FIG. , the reinforcing tape is sequentially deposited in the interposed state, and the reinforcing tape is adhesively cured, and then the reinforcing tape is stuck to the veneer 2 of a predetermined length.
For example, if you want to attach reinforcing tape to only one veneer of two predetermined length veneers 2, as shown in FIG. If reinforcing tape 8 is to be attached to both veneers, the adhesive surfaces 9 of the reinforcing tapes are interposed toward both sides as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. Of course, in the case of the example shown in FIG. 4, in addition to supplying two rows of reinforcing tape 8 overlapping each other, one row of reinforcing tape having adhesive surfaces on both sides in advance is provided, and the tape has a shape that divides the thickness into two. Similarly, in the case of the example shown in Figure 5, two rows of reinforcing tape are interposed in parallel with the back and front reversed, and the adhesive surface is in the width direction. A special tape may be substituted, which is a line of reinforcing tape divided into two halves, one on the front side and the other on the back side with an adhesive side, which tape easily separates at said boundary.

ープ8を介在させていくのである。 In Fig. 2, the part indicated by the arrow 6 in Fig. 1 is enlarged. The supply is controlled by a pair of pulleys 16 and 17 provided in the holder 19 while performing pre-treatment such as applying water to activate the surface.
Further, a tape cutting blade 18 is attached to the pulley 17, and the pulley 16 is covered with a synthetic resin such as urethane, so that the reinforcing tape 8 can also be cut by a pair of the two. In the illustrated situation, only 16 of the pair of pulleys is in a rotating state, and the reinforcing tape 8 is synchronized with the conveyance of the veneer 2 by using the difference in frictional force with the pulley 17 that is not rotating. This figure shows the process of sending out the product. Therefore, the single plate detector 10,1
The control device 12 inputting the detection signal from 1 is
Of the clutch brake units 14 and 15 that transmit and control the rotation from the motor 13, only 14 is controlled to be in a clutch state, and 15 is controlled to be in a brake state. Then, when the veneer detector 11 detects the passage of the veneer 2 as the veneer 2 is conveyed in the direction of the arrow, the control device 12 activates the clutch brake unit 15 based on the detection signal from the detector. The pair of pulleys 16 and 17 are both rotated. Along with this, pulley 17
The tape cutting blade 18 cuts the reinforcing tape 8. The pulley 17 is stopped by the control device 12 controlling the clutch brake unit 15 to a braking state so that the tape cutting blade 18 is stopped at a predetermined position (in this case, the position shown in the figure). The stop is caused by single plate detector 1.
0 is generated based on the detection signal that detects the passage of the veneer 2. Therefore, when the cutting point of the reinforcing tape 8 reaches approximately the point indicated by 20, feeding of the reinforcing tape 8 is stopped, and the already cut reinforcing tape 8 is removed from the holder 19. It is pulled out by being held by the veneer 2. Then, it waits for the next veneer to be conveyed, and when the veneer 2 is conveyed and the veneer detector 10 detects its tip, the control device 12 is clutch brake unit 1
4 to the clutch state, the pulley 16 is rotated, and feeding of the reinforcing tape 8 is resumed. Thereafter, the illustrated state is reached, and the described procedure is automatically repeated to interpose the reinforcing tape 8 cut to an appropriate length between the veneers 2.

もできる。 That is, as is clear from the figure, the veneers 2 of a predetermined length that are conveyed from two conveyance paths (not shown) are sequentially stacked two by two at the meeting point as described above, and the veneers 2 are The tape is cut to an appropriate length between one pair of pulleys 21 and another pair of pulleys 22 with a reinforcing tape interposed between them.
22 is installed so as to be able to sandwich the reinforcing tape 8 from above and below directly or indirectly via the veneer 2. Therefore, in FIG. 6, only the pulley 21 is in a stopped state together with the pulley 22, with the tip of the reinforcing tape 8 being clamped, and the reinforcing tape 8 stops feeding due to some braking force, and the veneer is stopped. The figure shows a situation in which only the two veneers 2 are conveyed while being interposed between the tapes 8 and the tape 8. Next, as shown in FIG. 7, as the stacked veneers 2 are transported, the pulleys 21 and 22 sandwich the veneers 2 and rotate, causing the reinforcing tape 8 and the veneers 2 to The reinforcing tape 8 is pulled out while the veneer 2 is being conveyed to prevent slipping. When the veneer 2 passes through the front pulley 21, the pulley 21 stops its rotation and also clamps the reinforcing tape 8, stopping the drawing of the reinforcing tape 8, as shown in FIG. At this time, the rear pulley 22 is connected to the reinforcing tape 8 through the veneer 2.
Since the reinforcing tape 8 continues to rotate while being held between the pulleys 21 and 22, the reinforcing tape 8 is cut between the pulleys 21 and 22. Once the veneer 2 has also passed the pulley 22, the state shown in FIG. 6 is reached, and thereafter, the reinforcing tape 8 is pulled out and cut in the same manner every time the veneer 2 is conveyed. . In this example,
The pulley 22 may be one that constantly rotates. In addition, the pulleys 21 and 22 are so-called free-rotating pulleys that start rotating by sandwiching the veneer and stop by passing the veneer. A known rotation control mechanism for stopping may also be used.

単板相互の接合をも達成する。 In this way, when veneers cut to a predetermined length are transported at regular intervals or at irregular arbitrary intervals, the reinforcing tape is cut and the tape is cut between the two veneers. In addition, even if the veneer is of a predetermined length, it is possible to transport the veneer to the stacking position by using two transport paths that join together at the lower end of the transport direction, with the veneers connected as if they were forming a belt. If the reinforcing tape is transported, cutting of the reinforcing tape can also be carried out using the stacking operation of the veneer. That is, the reinforcing tape is interposed in a continuous state from the stacking position of the veneers to the stacking position, and the reinforcing tape is cut using the vertical movement associated with the stacking operation. In addition to the so-called one-piece veneer and two-piece veneer, veneers of a specified length also include veneers of small width, with unnecessary parts removed as needed, and the spacing of narrow veneers shortened to a predetermined length. Even in the case of a group of narrow-width veneers cut into strips, the reinforcing tape according to the present invention can be applied sufficiently and satisfactorily, and the reinforcing tape in this case also achieves the bonding of narrow-width veneers to each other.

The reinforcing tape is extremely safe during the transportation process up to this point or during the deposition operation, and can be deposited without any problems even under adverse conditions of high speed and frequency. The adhesive is cured under pressure to complete the application of the reinforcing tape.

Even if two sheets are piled up before being deposited, it is essentially a layering of two sheets and then another layer, so there is no difference in essence, and there is no difference between stacking two sheets one by one. It should be made clear that this is an embodiment of the present invention.
