であつて所定温度以上に加熱されると湾曲し上記
平面鏡を所定の曲率半径の曲面鏡に変化させる熱
変形体と、該熱変形体の裏面に積層され熱変形体
の全面をほぼ均一に加熱する発熱体とによつて構
成すると共に、上記発熱体の温度を調整する手段
を設け、上記発熱体の温度を調整することにより
、上記熱変形体の湾曲を制御し、上記平面鏡を任
意に所定の曲率半径の曲面鏡に変化し得るように
