Claims (1)
板と、その加熱板の背面に密着するようにして配
置された面状発熱体と、その面状発熱体の背面側
に設けられた熱遮蔽体と、からなる遠赤外線放射
体を備え、 その遠赤外線放射体が凹面状とされていること
を特徴とする、 遠赤外線ヒータ。 (2) 前記面状発熱体が、鉄箔をエツチングする
ことによつて形成された発熱抵抗回路を、耐熱性
及び電気絶縁性を有する２枚のシート間にサンド
イツチ状に挟んだ薄板状のものとされている、 請求項１記載の遠赤外線ヒータ。 (3) 前記熱遮蔽体が、前記面状発熱体の背面に
密着するようにして配置される反射板と、その反
射板の背面側に設けられる断熱層とによつて構成
されている、 請求項１記載の遠赤外線ヒータ。 (4) 前記断熱層が、前記反射板と前記遠赤外線
放射体を支持するヒータホルダとの間に形成され
