This type of honeycomb panel is made by laminating laminated materials such as plates made of a relatively soft metal such as aluminum or its alloy, metal foil such as aluminum foil or iron foil, or plastic sheets such as polyethylene or polypropylene. A honeycomb-shaped honeycomb core is formed by fixing plates or materials to each other at regular intervals with an adhesive or the like and stretching the thus constructed laminate in the thickness direction, and each material forming this laminate. both edges of
It was constructed by attaching face plates to the front and back surfaces of the honeycomb core using adhesive or the like.

By the way, as an improved version of such a honeycomb panel, the hollow part of the honeycomb core is filled with a synthetic resin foam to improve the heat insulation, sound insulation, and vibration damping properties of the core cells (see Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 61-30844). ``Sandwich panel'' (Japanese Patent Publication No. 1982-5901), and a honeycomb core filled with cement or the like to obtain fire resistance (``Fire-resistant honeycomb panel'' of Japanese Patent Publication No. 61-5901) have already been proposed.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in order to increase the light weight and rigidity, which are the greatest advantages of these honeycomb panels, the face plate and honeycomb core have been made thinner, and the cell size of the honeycomb core has been roughly increased. However, for this reason, when a local load is applied to the face plate, the face plate tends to be locally deformed (i.e.

The problem was that the local load resistance was low. In addition, there was a problem in that when a foreign object collided, a dent was likely to remain (that is, a problem in which Punt resistance was low).

Furthermore, when these honeycomb panels are used in a corrosive atmosphere such as in a factory area or a coastal area, the surface of the face plate tends to corrode easily. Furthermore, when used in high temperature environments such as around vehicle engines and exhaust gas pipes, conventional products have had the problem of poor heat resistance.

In addition, honeycomb cores with a structure in which the hollow part of the honeycomb core is filled with a synthetic resin envelope have excellent heat and sound insulation properties, but are inferior to synthetic resin in terms of heat resistance, local load resistance, and punt resistance. This is no different from a honeycomb core not filled with resinous foam, and a structure in which a honeycomb core is filled with cement or the like has the problem of impairing the lightness, which is an inherent advantage of honeycomb panels.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and it is possible to improve local load resistance, punt resistance, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance without impairing the light weight and rigidity, which are the inherent advantages of honeycomb panels. [Function] In the honeycomb panel of the present invention configured as described above,
The ceramic material acts to cover the side of the face plate opposite to the honeycomb core side. This results in a honeycomb panel that reflects the high heat resistance, high corrosion resistance, and high hardness properties of ceramic materials.

This is because if the thickness is less than 0.3L1m, the layer of ceramic material will not be uniform when welding it by melt cutting, many pores will occur, and corrosion resistance will decrease.
Furthermore, if the thickness is 8 mm or more, the weight increases and the advantage of honeycomb panels, which is weight reduction, cannot be achieved.

Such a honeycomb panel 1 is manufactured by the procedure shown in FIG. 2, and the manufacturing method will be explained next. first,
A lower plate 7 and an upper plate 11 are respectively arranged on the back and front surfaces in the thickness direction of the honeycomb core 3, brazing metal layers 5 and 9 are arranged on these contact surfaces, and the brazing metal layers 5 and 9 are melted and cooled. By joining each member, a honeycomb core 3 with a bottom plate 7° and a top plate 11 fixed to it is manufactured (Step 1)
). Next, the surface of the top plate 11 opposite to the honeycomb core 3 side is polished by a method such as shot blasting to obtain a surface roughness Rm.
Obtain a clean surface of about 100Z with axlooos or R2 (Step 2). This is achieved by making the surface of the top plate 11 (the surface opposite to the honeycomb core 3 side) uneven.
The purpose is to improve the adhesion of the ceramic layer to be welded in the subsequent procedure, and the roughness is preferably as described above, but is not limited to this. Next, fine powder of ceramic (for example, alumina) is thermally sprayed onto the surface of the polished top plate 11 by a plasma method (a method using gas, a method using voltage application, etc.) is applied (procedure). 3) Cover the surface with ceramic layer 13 (step 4)
. The thickness of the sprayed ceramic layer 13 is 120 iLm in this example. Subsequently, the surface of this ceramic layer 13 is subjected to a flattening treatment in which it is ground and smoothed (step 5). In this way, the ceramic panel 1 is completed.

As detailed above, the honeycomb panel 1 of the first embodiment
In this case, the ceramic layer 13 is the honeycomb core 3 of the top plate 11.
It is welded to cover the opposite side. For this reason, the honeycomb panel has excellent local load resistance, Punto resistance, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance without impairing its original advantages of light weight and rigidity.

In this embodiment, the honeycomb core 3 and the top plate 11 are fixed together using a brazing material, but this is because the melting heat generated when forming the ceramic layer 13 deteriorates the fixing performance. This is to prevent This is because when the honeycomb core 3 and the top plate 11 are bonded using a resin adhesive, the bonded portion may melt due to the heat of cutting and the bonding performance may deteriorate. Note that there is a conventional technique of coating an aluminum plate with Teflon, but in such a technique, it is necessary to bond both together via an adhesive brimer, whereas in this embodiment, the top plate 11 (aluminum plate ), the surface of the ceramic layer 13 that has been thermally sprayed and welded has appropriate irregularities 13a and holes 13b, as shown in FIG. In the second embodiment, the surface of the ceramic layer 13 is coated with Teflon, but the same effects as in the second embodiment can be obtained even if the surface of the ceramic layer 13 is coated with an inorganic material instead of Teflon. Note that at this time, the inorganic material is directly applied to the top plate 11 of the aluminum by the ceramic layer 13.
Since aluminum does not come into contact with aluminum, there is no possibility that aluminum will be corroded by alkaline inorganic materials.
