【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は床板などに用いる紙貼りを施こされ、
さらに盛上げ模様の形成された化粧板の製造方法
に関する。

ところでの方法では、紙に対する接着剤の浸
透含浸が充分に行なわれないため、紙の表面がポ
ーラスになる。このため、紙間剥離が発生し易
く、また繊維間空隙部または粗密の差による塗料
の吸い込みムラが起り、隠蔽ムラとなる。また、
塗料の塗布時の泡立ちによる塗膜のピンホールが
発生する。さらに、塗料の吸い込みによる表面繊
維の毛羽立ちが発生し、印刷柄模様が不明瞭にな
り、ボケた感じしか表現できない欠点がある。つ
ぎに、の方法では、サンデイングシーラーを塗
布し、紙質の強化、毛羽立ちを押えた後、研削す
るので、表面紙質はほぼ平滑化される。しかし、

としては粒径が10μ以下の金鋼砂、ケイ石、ザ
クロ石、酸化アルミ、水酸化アルミ、炭化ケイ
素また、エポキシ樹脂、メラミン樹脂、ポリエ
チ樹脂など高硬度の熱硬化性樹脂の硬化体粉末
などを用い、単独であるいは二種以上を適宜混
合して用いる。その添加量は上塗り塗料の樹脂
固形分に対し10〜60重量%である。表面に盛上
げ柄模様12が形成されているので、上塗り塗
料はその流動性によつて盛上げ模様12上には
薄く、盛上げ模様以外の凹部においては厚く形
成される。

層して紙貼り表単板4とし、 該紙貼り表単板4と複数枚の単板5,6を積層
し、 この積層した紙貼り表単板4、複数枚の単板
5,6を一般合板の製造条件にしたがつて熱圧成
型して紙貼り合板7を形成し、 つぎに該合板7の表面の薄紙3を研削して接着
剤2の浸透含浸されない表層紙質を除去し、化粧
用台板Qとし、 つぎに該化粧用台板Qの薄紙3にシーラー9を
浸透含浸せしめ、 つぎにその上に下地塗装10を積層し、 つぎにその上に柄模様11を印刷し、 つぎに、その表面に柄模様11と同調して、あ
るいは同調することなく、透明な盛上げ模様12
を形成し、 つぎに盛上げ模様12を含む全表面に微粉末研
摩材14を混合した透明性上塗り塗装を形成し、 かつ前記盛上げ模様12は柄模様凹部gを刻設
された凹版ロールGを用いて形成される、 ことを特徴とする化粧板の製造方法。
