などの特長がある。 In this case, a thin plastic metal plate such as aluminum foil is pasted in a ring shape on a hat material such as soft paper or cloth, and the plastic metal plate is rolled and bent in the circumferential direction to form a bundle, which is then placed over the head. The device expands the convergence part, and uses the plasticity and elasticity of the plastic metal plate to shape and hold the device to a size that fits each person's head.It has the advantage of being foldable and portable, as well as being able to be shaped freely by each person.

They are assembled and molded into a cap-like or eaves-like shape, and are delivered to users in a completed or unfinished state.

うにしてある。 For example, in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 52-327, both sides of the material constituting the hat are cut symmetrically with respect to the bending line, leaving both ends of the folded part intact to form a hole-shaped split part and a cut line in the edge frame part. When in use, the split part is opened, both sides of which are folded back to form an arc-shaped edge frame, and this edge frame is placed in contact with the head to be worn.

The shape did not suit the person's taste and the appearance was not good.

The hat material is provided with a plastic metal plate, and the plastic metal plate is attached at a position that becomes the side surface of the head when the hat material is put on the head.

A cap body can be formed, and the shape is held by the plasticity of the plastic metal plate, and the cap body is fit and held around the head by the elasticity due to bending.

The cap material 1 is stuck in a ring shape with an inner diameter of about 30 mm using an adhesive or double-sided tape, while keeping the cap material in a flat plate shape, to the part that comes into contact with the side surface of the head when the hat material 1 is put on the head.

を保持する。 As shown in Fig. 2, the hat material 1 constructed in this way is gathered together at its periphery into a cap shape so that the center is medium and high, and the plastic metal plate 2 is rolled up by hand to create countless wrinkles in the circumferential direction. When the plastic metal plates 2 are bent into a bundle and tightly squeezed, the plastic metal plates 2 are bent and contracted with small wrinkles to form a small-diameter ring 2a. In this state, by pinching and kneading the ring 2a with both hands, even smaller wrinkles can be created. When this ring 2a is spread out and put on each person's head, the ring 2a spreads out to fit the side of the head as shown in Figure 3, and is held on the head by the elasticity of the bent wrinkles, allowing the user to wear a hat that fits their head. The plasticity of the metal plate allows it to retain its shape even when removed.

The plastic metal plate is hand-rolled in the circumferential direction and bent to form a large number of wrinkles, which are then expanded to fit the head to form a hat, making it easy to manufacture, inexpensive, and shaped like a flat plate before use. This makes it easy to store and transport, and when in use, it can be formed into a cap shape of any size with a simple operation. After molding, the shape is held by the plastic metal plate, and the flexibility allows the cap body to be easily shaped. And the shape of the eaves can be changed according to your preference.

This gives it an aesthetic appearance and can be used for a wide range of purposes. If characters or pictures are written or drawn by hand or printed in advance, it can be effectively used for decoration or advertising purposes.
