モルタル板は通常セメント1部に対して骨材即ち砂3部
の割合で混合したモルタルでつくられるが、出来た製品
を積層して移動させる時、化粧表面に接触する裏面の骨
材が化粧表面に損傷疵を発生させるものである。もとよ
り製品を1枚おきに裏返しさせて、表面と表面・裏面と
裏面が接触する様に積層すれば疵の発生は防止出来るが
、製品の形状によってはこれが不可能な場合があり、ま
た量産を行う流れ作業方式の生産工程に於ては不可能で
ある。
本発明は、化粧モルタル板の表面と裏面が互に接触して
積層され、紙やプラスチック膜を挿入されなくとも、移
動中に化粧表面に疵が発生しない樺にするために、製品
の裏面に簡単な方法によって緩衝層を形成させるもので
ある。
その方法としては、製品が出来上フて積層梱包される直
前に、常温硬化性即ち常温に於て固形状をなす蝋木蝋・
熱可堕性プラスチック、或はこれらの物質の誘導体又は
混合物を加熱して液状化させて、モルタル板の裏面に塗
布装置又はショット式ガンによって塗布して、緩衝層を
形成させるか、或は製造工程中、モルタル板の裏面を形
成する下金型の表面に上記物質を塗布装置又はショット
式ガンで塗布し、然る復線金型上にモルタルを載せて加
圧成型し、モルタル板と完全に一体化した緩衝層を形成
させるか何れかの方法をとるものである。
使用する上記常温硬化性の物質は、液状化する温度が高
い程塗布後迅速に固形化するため使用し易い。また緩衝
層を形成させるためには、上記の通り2通りの方法があ
るが、下金型の表面に上記常温硬化性物質を塗布する方
法が、化粧モルタル板と常温硬化性物質が完全に−・倖
化した製品となるため一層望ましい、また化粧モルタル
板の裏面全体に緩衝層を形成させることは必ずしも必要
でなく、裏面の一番高い所即ち表面に最も接触する個所
にのみ緩衝層を形成させることでその目的を達すること
が出来る。従って下金型の表面に塗布する場合は、金型
の最も凹んだ個所に塗布するこて′

部屋に放置して加温熟成させれば、第1図に
の最も突出した個所2に厚さ0゜

面と製品の裏面が相接する如く横に並べ、ビニル紐で紐

た。また緩衝層は確実に製品の裏面に残留していて、剥
離損傷は全く起っていなかった。
紙やプラスチックの膜の挿入を行わなかったため、これ
等の挿入物を準備する人員、挿入する人員が不要となり
、輸送した地点で開梱した時も、挿入物を集めて放棄す
る人員も不要となり、極めて経済的に化粧表面の損傷疵
を防止することが出来た。
