のである。The present invention uses synthetic fibers such as cheap and durable Tetoron (polyester yarn synthetic fiber), which has excellent heat resistance and dyeability, does not hinder weaving or knitting, and is resistant to wrinkles and has a texture. The object of the present invention is to provide a bulky blended yarn of natural fibers and synthetic fibers having stretchability that can be used to weave and knit woven or knitted fabrics having good stretchability, and a manufacturing method that can economically mass-produce the products.

と合成繊維の嵩高混紡糸の製造法に係るものである。The blended yarn of natural fibers and synthetic fibers, which is continuously fed by sliding it on a yarn feeding roll, is heated and untwisted through the spinner 19 of the rotating spinner unit 3, and then wound onto the winding cylinder 4. At the time of heating, far-infrared rays are irradiated on the heating zone side to heat the treated system 1゛, and this rolled-up treatment system 1゛ is subjected to a gluing treatment and then rewound, or the treated system 1゛ is subjected to a gluing treatment when it is wound up. The present invention relates to a method for producing a bulky blended yarn of natural fibers and synthetic fibers having stretchability, which is characterized by holding the yarn in an unshrinkable yarn and shrinking it into a coiled state by blanching.

性トルクが潜在せしめられることになる。The reason for this is basically that it is heated in the heating zone, but when feeding the yarn, the fuzz of the natural fiber itself and the fuzz of the blended yarn are removed by sliding it on the yarn feeding roll, and the fuzz is smooth. The molecular structure of synthetic fibers is changed by instantaneously heating and untwisting the yarn by minimizing the resistance to the spinner, and by heating it with far infrared rays, which allows the far infrared rays to pass through to the core of the synthetic fibers. It instantaneously heats the inside of the fiber while it is still heated, uses the thermoplasticity of the synthetic fiber to maintain the heated state for an instant, and immediately untwists and air cools it, creating a strong latent shrinkage torque. .

Since this warp is a normal smooth blended yarn, it is a yarn that can be easily woven and knitted into fabrics for various purposes using looms and knitting machines.

As a result, the treatment system 1 of the present invention tends to curl into a large coiled state and shrinks, resulting in, for example, cloth having elasticity.

。At this time, if the blended yarn is a single yarn, when it is blanched, the curl condition will often not be uniform due to uneven blending of the blended yarn or unevenness in the thickness of the yarn, but if two or more blended yarns are pulled together or twisted together, When a yarn with a 30% diameter is used, unevenness in blending and unevenness in thickness cancel each other out, resulting in a bulky blended yarn of natural fibers and synthetic fibers that is shrunk into a good coiled state with approximately the same diameter and average curl.

と合成繊維の嵩高混紡糸の製造法。[Claims] 1. A stretchable yarn consisting of two or more blended yarns of natural fibers and synthetic fibers, characterized in that the yarns have approximately the same diameter and are curled into an average coil state. A bulky blended yarn of natural fibers and synthetic fibers. 2. The blended yarn of natural fibers and synthetic fibers that is continuously fed by sliding it on a yarn feeding roll is heated and untwisted through the spinner of a rotating spinner body, and then heated when it is wound into a winding cylinder. The zone side is heated by irradiating far infrared rays, and the wound treated system is pasted and then rewound, or when the treated system is wound up, it is pasted and held in a non-shrinkable yarn. A method for producing a bulky blended yarn of natural fibers and synthetic fibers having elasticity, characterized by obtaining a bulky blended yarn that shrinks into a coiled state by blanching.
