Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本考案は寒冷地において埋設された排水ますの
凍上防止具に関する。

(従来の技術) 一般にこの種の排水ますは、第6図に示す如く
排水口100をもつます本体101に、ます本体

ており、最上段のアジヤスタ筒体103は、特に
蓋体104の嵌着溝105をその上端外周に突出
状に周設した形状になつている。

ヤスタ筒体102,103の継目部分が凍上力に
耐えきれずに外れ、継目部分に土砂が入り込むと
修復が困難であると云つた欠点があつた。

し、実願昭58−91081号(実開昭60−486号)とし
て出願した。

(考案が解決しようとする問題点) 先の出願に係る排水ますにあつては、ます径に

たアジヤスタ筒体はその外周が傾斜面とされてい
ることから、順次アジヤスタ筒体を接続すること
ができず、埋設深さに制約を受けるごとき問題が
あつた。

ジヤスタ筒体の外周に取付け可能とした筒状の凍
上防止具本体を形成し、この凍上防止具本体の外
周に上向き傾斜面を形成したことを特徴とするも
のである。

とした筒状の凍上防止具本体5を形成するのであ

結深度L以上まで延びており、かつ傾斜面54は
垂線に対し5〜30゜傾斜させるもので、表面平滑
にするのが望ましい。また第1図に示す如く直線
状とする外、第3図に示す如くゆるやかな曲面と
してもよい。また筒部51に対し筒部52を第1
図の如く長くし、あるいは第2図の如く同一とし
てもよいが少なくとも埋設地での凍結深度Lより
も長くするのが望ましい。

(考案の効果) 斯くして本考案を寒冷地に埋設される排水ます

逃がされ、アジヤスタ筒体2,3、及び該筒体
2,3を介してます本体1に作用するようなこと
がなくなり、また前記傾斜面54により凍結する
凍土は前記凍上力によつて摺動しながら浮き上が
ることになり、この凍土を上方に逃がし、前記ア
ジヤスタ筒体2,3のます本体1からの外れを確
実に防止せしめ得るに至つたのである。
