Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この特許は４サイクルエンジンの燃焼室の吸気機能に関
するものである。
本案の原案となるものは昭和５７年特許願第０６７６２
５号です原案ではピストンの下につばを付けることで吸
い込み圧縮しますが本案では従来からある２サイクルの
クランクケスの吸い込み圧縮機能を吸気行程として使う
ことで現在の４サイクルエンジンの燃焼室にクランク２
回転分の吸い込み圧縮した混合ガスを送り込むもので２
サイクルのクランクケースにクランク１回転めに吸い込
み圧縮した混合ガスを吸気バルブの閉まった状態の４サ
イクルの燃焼室に通しる吸気用ポートに溜めておき２回
転めにピストンか上かることて吸いこんだ混合ガスを吸
気行程かはしまり吸気バルブの開き初めだ状態の燃焼室
にピストンか下ることでおこるクランクケース圧で吸気
用ポートに溜めた１回めの混合ガスを２回めに吸いこん
た混合ガスて吸気バルブの開いた燃焼室に吸気用ポート
をとおして押し上げながら送り込むことで現在ある４サ
イクルエンジンの燃焼室に約２倍の混合ガスを送り込め
る４サイクルエンジンの吸入装置である。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は圧縮行程が終り爆発行程のピストンか真上にあ
る当時 第２図は爆発行程か始まり混合ガスか燃焼しピストンを
真ん中に押し上げた当時 第３図は爆発行程が終りピストンか下死点にある当時 第４図は爆発した排ガスを排気バルブから外へ押し出し
中のピストンか下死点から真ん中まで上った当時 第５図はクランクケースで吸い込み圧縮した混合ガスを
吸気バルブを通してピストンが真ん中まで吸い込み下っ
た当時 第６図は吸入行程が終り下死点から混合ガスを圧縮中の
ピストンが真ん中にある当時第７図は側面図の説明 １、排気ポート　　６シリンダ

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 従来からある２サイクルエンジンのクランクケース（８
    ）を使いピストンが上がるときにおこる吸い込み圧で混
    合ガスを吸い込みピストン（５）が下るときにおこるク
    ランクケース（８）の圧縮で吸い込んだ混合ガスをクラ
    ンクケースから吸気用ポート（７）をとおして４サイク
    ルの燃焼室（４）に吸気バルブ（３）をとおして送り込
    む装置。
