A base plate 55 is fixed via a cushioning material 54, and the pump 50 and the electric motor 51 are supported by the base plate 55. Thus, when the hydraulic unit is used, the cushioning material 54 allows the pump 50, This is intended to reduce noise by suppressing the vibrations of the electric motor 51 from being transmitted to the oil tank 52.

Due to the vibration of No. 1, the entire oil tank 52, including the upper lid 53, vibrated violently and produced a large resonance sound, and thus a sufficient noise suppression effect could not be obtained.

不具合を生じていたのである。 On the other hand, as the oil pump 50 is driven, drain oil accumulates inside the casing of the oil pump 50, and this drain oil is generally collected through a drain pipe (not shown).
However, since the drain oil is at a very high temperature, if it is directly returned to the oil tank 52, the drain oil will be returned to the oil tank 52 via the The temperature of the oil inside the pump was becoming high throughout, causing a problem that had an adverse effect on the hydraulic unit. Also, a cooler was installed separately to cool the drain oil, and the drain oil was pumped through the cooler. If the oil is returned to the tank 52, the problem of rising oil temperature can be solved, but
On the other hand, the problem was that the structure of the entire hydraulic unit became complicated.

1 is directly fixed via the base plate 55, the size of the hydraulic pump 50 and electric motor 51 may increase due to changes in the hydraulic pump 50 and the electric motor 51 between different models of hydraulic units with different specifications. If the space required for installing these devices differs significantly due to the addition of a control unit (not shown) consisting of a switching valve, etc., the capacity of the oil tank 52 may be changed between these different models. Even if there is no need to do so, the oil tank 5
In many cases, the shape of the oil tank 52 has to be changed between these different models of hydraulic units due to space requirements for installing the equipment on the top surface of the oil tank 52. There was also the problem that the oil tank 52 could not be standardized (standardized) and the manufacturing cost increased overall.

る。(Means for Solving the Problem) Therefore, the present invention does not support the pump and the electric motor on the oil tank as in the past, but instead provides a separate pedestal made of a hollow pipe member. The oil tank, the pump, and the electric motor are assembled independently from each other, and the drain oil discharged from the pump is made to flow through the inner cavity of the pipe member constituting the pedestal to the oil tank. By making it possible to return the tank, it is possible to reduce noise and also make the tank common between different models (standardization).
In addition, the drain oil can be cooled without the need for a separate cooler. Hydraulic pump 3
In a hydraulic unit equipped with an electric motor 4 for driving the pump 3, a first frame is formed of a hollow pipe member and includes a grounding part 10 and a pair of mounting parts 11, 11 rising from the grounding part 10. 8,
and a pair of first members 13, 13 facing the mounting portions 11, 11 of the first pedestal 8, and each of the first members 1.
A second mount 12 is formed with a pair of second members 14, 14 having receiving parts 15, 15 connecting both ends of 3, 13, and the oil tank 1 is mounted on the first mount 8.
At the same time as supporting the mounting portion 1 of the first pedestal 8
1 and 11, and the second frame 12 is attached to the second frame 12.
While the hydraulic pump 3 and the electric motor 4 are attached to the pedestal 12, the pipe member constituting the first pedestal 8 is provided with an inlet 26 and an outlet 27 that communicate with the inner cavity of the member, and the inlet 26 is The drain outlet 29 of the pump 3 and the outlet 27 are connected to the drain inlet 30 of the tank 1 via first and second drain pipes 71 and 72, respectively, and the pump 3 is connected to the oil tank 1. The drain oil returned through the first and second drain pipes 71 and 72 is made to flow into the inner cavity of the pipe member constituting the first pedestal 8.

る。(Function) Since it is constructed as described above, when the hydraulic unit is operated, the vibrations of the pump and the electric motor are
After being damped by the pedestal, it is transmitted to the oil tank, so vibration (noise) is suppressed accordingly, and the drain oil discharged from the pump is air-cooled while flowing through the first pedestal. It is possible to suppress the increase in oil temperature in the oil tank, and in addition, even if different models have different pumps and electric motors, the oil tank can be shared by simply changing the second mount.

Since the peripheral wall 20 is reinforced by the flange 9, the vibration of the peripheral wall 20 is suppressed, and the vibration of the oil tank 1, and thus the noise, can be further reduced compared to the conventional oil tank.

2 and is returned to the oil tank 1. Thus, by circulating the drain oil within the first frame 8, the length of the drain oil flowing is increased, and the drain oil is effectively cooled by the outside air during the circulation process, and as a result, the oil tank 1 This also suppresses the rise in internal oil temperature.

In the same way as using a solid member for the first frame 8, it is possible to effectively attenuate.

軽量化できるのである。 Furthermore, in the past, the oil tank 1 directly supported the hydraulic pump 3 and the electric motor 4 so that the weight of these devices 3 and 4 was supported by the structure of the oil tank 1; 3,
In order to prevent the circumferential wall 20 of the oil tank 1 from vibrating greatly due to the violent vibrations described in step 4, the circumferential wall 20 of the oil tank 1 is made thicker than originally necessary to store the desired amount of oil. The thickness of the oil tank 1 was increased in order to increase the rigidity of the tank 1, and this resulted in a problem in that the weight of the oil tank 1 increased and the overall weight of the hydraulic unit increased. However, in this embodiment, the oil tank 1 includes the hydraulic pump 3 and the electric motor 4.
The oil tank 1
The thickness of the peripheral wall 20 of the oil tank 1 can be made thinner than in the past, and the weight of the oil tank 1 can be reduced. 8 and 12, as mentioned above, since a lightweight and strong hollow pipe is used, the weight of the entire hydraulic unit can be reduced compared to the conventional one.

The oil tank 1 can be used in common.

Alternatively, a vibration absorbing material such as rubber may be interposed between the motor and the second frame to further damp vibration. Further, the first and second frames 8, 12

and a pair of first members 13, 13 facing the mounting parts 11, 11 of the first pedestal 8, and each of the first members 1
A second frame 12 is formed with a pair of second members 14, 14 having receiving parts 15, 15 connecting both ends of the oil tank 1 to the first frame 8.
Since the drain oil returned via the first and second drain pipes 71 and 72 is made to flow through the inner cavity of the pipe member constituting the first frame 8, vibrations of the oil tank 1 during operation are reduced. Therefore, the noise can be suppressed and the weight can be reduced compared to the conventional one, and the drain oil of the oil pump 3 is released into the tank 1 by flowing through the hollow pipe member that constitutes the pedestal 8,
Since the drain oil is cooled in this process, it can be cooled without installing a separate cooler, and in addition, the oil tank 1 can be used commonly between different models, and as a result, the oil tank 1 can be standardized. Manufacturing costs can also be reduced.
