That is, a box-shaped main body, a head portion fixed to the upper end of the main body, a needle guide portion that is moved downward by a piston cylinder mechanism built in the main body, and a needle guide portion that is attached to the main body and that is moved downwardly by a piston cylinder mechanism built in the main body. At least two parts are obliquely retractable in opposite directions from the bottom surface of the guide part by raising and lowering the part.
a pair of hollow needles, the compressed air is sent to the hollow needle through a first air feeding capillary inserted through the main body, and a second air feeding capillary inserted through the head portion. Compressed air is supplied to the top of the piston cylinder mechanism through the piston cylinder mechanism.

る。Function Compressed air is sent to the hollow needle through the first air supply capillary, and the compressed air is ejected from the tip of the hollow needle. On the other hand, the pick-up device descends onto the pre-stacked cut fabrics and presses the fabrics, thereby pushing the needle guide upward. The tips of the hollow needles are exposed from the bottom surface of the needle guide, and the needles move diagonally in opposite directions along the needle holes of the needle guide and pierce the fabric. Even if the second layer fabric is stuck to the top layer fabric, the compressed air is blown between the two fabrics, so that the second layer fabric can be reliably pulled off. The top layer fabric is hooked onto the hollow needles and does not come off the needles. After the pick-up device rises and the fabric is carried to a predetermined position, the pick-up device begins to descend and compressed air is supplied from the second air supply tube, the piston cylinder mechanism is activated and the tip of the piston rod is The needle guide portion fixed to the needle lowers and pushes down the fabric while retracting the hollow needle along the needle hole. This releases the fabric.

Press down onto the heavy fabric. As a result, the needle guide section 4 is pushed upward, and the tip of the hollow needle 5 is pushed upward into the needle guide section 4.
The tip of the needle advances along the needle hole of the needle guide in the direction in which the pair of needles intersect with each other, and pierces the fabric A. If the second layer fabric is stuck to the top layer fabric while the needle is moving forward, the compressed air will be blown into the gap between the top layer and the second layer fabric. will definitely be blown away.

(Actually, the needle does not move, but the needle guide moves forward, so the movement is the same as if it were moved backward.)
The needle guide section 4 is then moved back to the bottom plate 41 of the needle guide section 4. The fabric A is then pushed down by the needle guide section 4 and pulled off from the needle 5.

た。Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention includes a main body, a head portion, a needle guide portion that is moved downward by a piston cylinder mechanism, and at least two needles 1 that can be freely retracted from the bottom surface of the needle guide portion by raising and lowering the guide portion. a pair of hollow needles, the compressed air is sent to the hollow needles through a first air supply capillary inserted through the main body;
At least two pairs of the hollow needles were arranged to protrude diagonally in opposite directions from the bottom surface of the needle guide section. Therefore, each piece of fabric is reliably held by the hollow needle, and does not fall off from the needle or shift in the horizontal direction. Further, in order to release the fabric, compressed air is sent to the cylinder through the second air pipe, and the needle guide part is pushed down by the action of the cylinder mechanism, so that the hollow needle retreats to the needle guide part. The fabric is placed on the bottom of the needle guide and is smoothly removed. As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to accurately hold and release the dough.
